From start to finish we had an excellent experience with Haart Letting Agents in Bury St Edmunds. Our first point of contact was Jack Taylor who was very knowledgeable about the property that we were interested in and soon found out any details that were not readily available, and then got back to us quickly with details and an appointment to view. Simply the Best! Having had an unsatisfactory experience with an online agency, we decided that we wanted a "real estate" to sell our property. The service we received from Justine and her team cannot be faulted for professionalism and commitment to achieving the best price for our property. A realistic valuation meant that we had sale within two weeks. Where the service from Haart really came into it's own, was when, as often happens, our sale fell through. We went back on the market at lunchtime. Through the use of her contacts and experience and expertise we had sold again by tea-time. My perception of Haart and been of a major chain of possibly impersonal estate agents but my experience was more of a dedicated 'family' business who really did have my best interests at HAART!
