We recently sold our home with Haart and all of the team members involved were brilliant from start to finish. Matt and Elliot both provided useful guidance that helped us to find a buyer and a home to move to. Nadine Smith, our Move Manager, was then incredibly helpful when it came to seeing the process through from offer to exchange. We have no doubt that we wouldn't have exchanged so quickly if it wasn't for her! We'd highly recommend Haart and would use them again in the future - although we hope we won't have to as they've helped us to find our forever home.

Haart was the estate agents dealing the vendor of the house my girlfriend and I have just bought. We were first time buyers so naturally unsure of a lot of things and had lots of questions. I would of expected to find many answers or help from the vendors estate agents but Sonia Barrington was excellent as an intermediary between everyone involved. How she juggles multiple purchases at the same time I have no idea. Very professional and polite and quick to get back to me when unavailable at first. Amazing help from an unexpected source.

Firstly, I was a novice of the home buying processes and I had no idea where to start yet alone finding a property. My wife came across a house for sale not too far from our current home. She immediately rang the number and Elliott answered, he has been fantastic throughout the whole process, and kept us informed with updates regularly once we made an offer. We had 2 viewings back to back with Gaje and he was a pleasure to deal with. Honest answers, and if he didn't know an answer to any of your questions, would find out and forward on. We managed to secure a 2nd viewing on one of the properties at very short notice the next day to see it again. Everything was easy our end and organised by Gaje and Bethany. Now going through the mortgage process and they've been easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Haart Bury St Edmunds are the team dealing with my house purchase. I wanted to commend their Sales Manager for his calm professionalism. He facilitated viewing access to the property with ease and negotiated the sale without pressure on me, why clearly trying to achieve the best deal for his vendor. In contrast to the Sales Manager dealing with my sale, Elliot behaved in a mature, respectful way. I think he is a credit to a profession that is often ridiculed for the stereotypical way estate agents behave which was only reinforced by the Sales Manager of my agency. I only hope that should I come to need an agent again Elliot is around to do the job, I would recommend him very highly.

Sonia , our sales progressor . Went above and beyond her duties to keep us well informed , up to date & explained everything to me through out the whole process. I honestly don't think I would of got through the last 8 months without her. Sonia deserves huge recognition for her very very hard work on our purchase . She is understanding, honest & made the real tough bits a lot easier to deal with. I will miss our phone calls. It was a difficult journey, but with sonias relentless dedication we got there. I cannot fault the service received from Haart, Bury St Edmunds. Matt Turner valued my property and was very thorough in his visit. I decided to go forward with selling there and then. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Eight days later an open day was held and two days after that I had 3 offers. In that short time I was kept up to date with what was happening. Matt and Elliott and all staff at Haarts Bury St Edmunds were extremely helpful and supportive. Every question I had was answered fully and with patience. No hesitation in recommending them. First class all the way through.

We initially had our house on the market with Haarts, but unfortunately we did not manage to sell. We felt at the time that it was because perhaps not enough effort was bing put in by the team at Haarts to find a buyer for us. Late we re-listed with another local estate agent who we felt would provide a more bespoke service for us. We did ultimately sell our house with the other agent, HOWEVER .... it taught us that Justine and the team at Haart were fantastic, and were pulling out all the stops to sell our house. It was only with hindsight with the rather un-proactive approach of our second agent, that we realised how hard Justine was working. When we failed to sell the first time round it was an emotive time. Justine could sense our frustration and came up with some innovative ideas to help lift interest. Justine and the team at Haarts constantly kept us informed, contacted us at least once, even if there had been little or no progress/interest and listened when we wanted things changed/amended etc. As we learn in life, hindsight is a wonderful thing an I am only sorry that we laid the blame on Justine and Haarts for not selling our house the first time around, when they were in fact doing all they could. I would whole heartedly recommend Justine and Haarts. I rarley give 5 out of 5 but feel that their approach, attitude and hard work justifies the top score.

Haart were brilliant at sorting out the awkward chain of 6 we had for my move. Haart weren't my estate agent, but who we were buying from. The other estate agents in the chain were useless (including who we were using) and it was Sonya that stepped up and sorted the whole chain. I believe if Sonya hadn't gone above and beyond we would still be waiting to move! Moving is stressful enough so having an estate agent that can sort everything out is essential. I'll be recommending Haart to any family or friends that need an estate agent.

Joseph Bunce is the most lovely and pleasant man I have come across in all my years of moving home. He regularly phoned me to see how our sale was proceeding and letting me know about the specific property we were interested in. His kind words lifted me out of the dull days and our calls were always ended laughing and him promising to ring the following week. Joseph definitely worked 'outside the box', never once did he let us down, I'm just sorry we could not work out our problems to buy the property with Haart. Thank you Haart for helping us find our first home! Elliot helped us to book viewings of properties which were suitable for what we wanted, he also helped us to secure the offer on the home we are buying. He was always very polite, kind and professional. Elliot was happy to answer my questions and explained things to me (buying your first home is very daunting!) Elliot also recommended Sam Simmons who was excellent and did all the hard work to secure our mortgage ??. He also recommended a solicitors which we have also had a very positive experience with. Once the offer had been accepted, Sonia then stepped in to manage to the process until exchange. Sonia was also very polite, kind and professional, she kept us well informed and updated throughout and and was more than happy to answer any of my questions. Very happy with how Sonia dealt with our purchase. We recieved regular update calls throughout. She liaised with our solicitor and the onward solicitors, dealing with any concerns promptly. She went the extra mile to ensure things progressed as smoothly as possible. Just what you need at one of the most stressful times. Beth was also good during the property viewing and I didn't catch his name but the chap who dealt with our offer etc was very informative also. All round very happy with our dealings here.
