We sold our house through out local haart estate agents in Bury St Edmunds recently and they were excellent from start to finish of the process. Matt Taylor, Joe Bunce and Harriet Smith were the three people who helped us the most and all of them were responsive, friendly and always super helpful whenever we needed information or support with the process. They all really took care of us and it felt like the personally wanted to help us sell our house which really made it feel like a joined up effort during a process that is often renowned to be stressful and difficult. We sold out property during the pandemic and lockdown's but it was never difficult and frustrating and the team at haart always made things straightforward and made us aware of anything we needed to know throughout. We first spoke with Elliot who found us the perfect first home in no time at all after really taking the time to find out exactly what we were looking for. Once an offer had been made and accepted we were looked after by Harriet who was absolutely incredible! She was always available to answer any questions we had which was very reassuring for us, especially being first time buyers we could’ve been easily overwhelmed but Harriet kept us in the loop at all stages which we were very very grateful for. Excellent service received at every step, the whole team were always professional friendly and eager to help and resolve any situation thrown at our sale. Without a doubt the best experience with an estate agent we have ever had! From the very first phone conversation and the Valuation with Matt Taylor, we knew we were in good hands. Mel (Manager) is professional, extremely knowledgeable and has offered us a great deal of advice and guidance to support us in selling our home, something we were unsure would happen in a pandemic. If you are looking for a property I highly recommend Elliot. After months and months of looking and several properties that nearly ticked all the boxes.
