GoogleWe always thought that estate agents put a ‘for sale’ sign outside your house and that was it!!!! How wrong could we be! Once we contacted them to sell our property, they could not have been more helpful on feedback from prospective buyers and took us through all the stages required to completion. All the staff are excellent and professional, they come highly recommended, thank you all.

GoogleUsed German to sell a property and I can't rate them highly enough. All the staff were excellent in the Burton office and nothing was ever too much trouble. I could go on about how good they are but all the other reviews speak for themselves. A great company and a pleasure to use. Thankyou for making the move as stress free as possible. 10/10

we arrange to view a property in Burton road Derby, The response was oh we have 5 viewings, month later property still on the market. No call back as we arrange to view it, we attend but no one was there or and contact to follow up. The current market is tasty for investors like us and we don't need to be mess about.If I was the vendor I would be p...ss. We are cash buyers and will not waste our time with estate agents like this.

We know if there are any issues at the property then Anna Belton will be there to get things sorted. Communication between ourselves and the landlord through John German is second to non. GoogleFirst class communication, very efficient and thorough and were always available to contact. We were selling and buying through them and it removed a large amount of pressure from us to know that they were working hard to ensure the sales passed smoothly. I hope to never move home again, but if we do them would definitely use them.
