Sarah and Dawn have been a phone call away even in their most busy moments, and have made what was a very difficult process a much more positive experience. I would recommend working with this team for anyone wishing to sell their house. GoogleDidnt turn up to viewing. Found it rather funny on the phone - Then refused to resolve situation **EDIT** I can assure you i am a customer - Not sure how by a username on google you are able to determine wether someone is or not. Seems like a easy reponse to try get yourself off the hook. Awful service with rude staff on the phone who are badly organised.

GoogleI had to leave UK in a rush because my dad was dying in the hospital. I had no time to take all the furniture out, that's true, but the house was clean and tidy before I left it 12 days before I had to. Nobody called me to say "hey everything is ok, here is your deposit" or " we are taking this much of your deposit because of.." whatever reason. I email them and nothing came back to me, I called them and someone said that they didn't let that house, "the last time we let that house was two years ago" of course you did to me. A joke that costed me 500 hundreds pounds, never again with this agency.

GoogleLuke was fantastic start to finish. The most prepared local estate agent in terms of understanding the local market and helping to set the price for the house. He was always available to talk through any concerns and provided regular feedback on viewings. Could not rate him or the branch highly enough, the whole team were eager to help if I needed to talk to someone!
