My husband and I are first time buyers who had no clue what we were doing or where to start. Our mortgage adviser, Amelia Bland has helped us through every step and explained everything to, making sure we understand and helped us get the best deals possible. We spoke to a couple of other mortgage advisers who made promises that they didn’t deliver whereas Amelia has gone above and beyond for us to ensure we understand and are getting the best deals. She is kind, patient and doesn’t put pressure on us unlike other advisers we had spoken to. We highly recommend using Amelia for your mortgage adviser.

Need a repair doing to a property you rent through Frank Innes? Be prepared to wait. Over a week without a functional boiler in November is beyond a joke and should not be happening. And the communication (or lack of) is terrible.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I was a assisted by the lovely Niamh, who made the whole process easy and pain free regarding admin or any details i required. The speed and efficiency of which she and the other staff showed regarding my application was a breath of fresh air.
