The whole team at the Burton branch have been amazing. From Dayne advising us through the marketing process to Brandon showing us homes and also showing our house and then there's Alice who is so professional yet so friendly I felt like she was a friend and I could ask anything without feeling silly. She has guided the whole process taking any worry off of us. This is the 2nd hone we have sold through Frank innes although the current team may only have been children the last time as it was 18 years ago, and hopefully we will now be in our last home, but I would definitely recommend them to help sell your home.

Really presentable, punctual and on time, follow up was good but we decided they were not the estate agent for us for the reasons below. - when asked on the phone they won’t tell you how much it is for a normal sale , on viewing it’s actually £2000 + VAT as a minimum for all houses even the low end for a traditional sale. - they’re very pushy for auction sale, you can tell them on the phone and in person you’re only interested in traditional but they will push you towards auction regardless of your views - because of the pushing towards auction I found that compared to other estate agents they will under value your home and hope it to push’s you towards a quick sale via their auction path Advice - listen to your customers don’t push them towards something they’re not interested in and don’t charge £2000 + vat for a £100k house when others charge max 1%, be up front about the charges on the phone, apart from that your comms were spot on, very friendly and if I was going to go via auction I would have chosen you!

My husband and I are first time buyers who had no clue what we were doing or where to start. Our mortgage adviser, Amelia Bland has helped us through every step and explained everything to, making sure we understand and helped us get the best deals possible. We spoke to a couple of other mortgage advisers who made promises that they didn’t deliver whereas Amelia has gone above and beyond for us to ensure we understand and are getting the best deals. She is kind, patient and doesn’t put pressure on us unlike other advisers we had spoken to. We highly recommend using Amelia for your mortgage adviser.
