I contacted the branch about a property one evening g and Eden got in touch first thing the next morning to advise that the property was no longer available but she gave me details of the other available options. We quickly arranged a viewing on one of these and, on the day of the viewing, Eden showed us around the property, answering all of our questions and talking us through the application process. After having some less than ideal experiences with other letting agents being unresponsive and disorganised, Eden has been a breath of fresh air. She has been extremely helpful and organised and has made the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Thanks to Eden we are now looking forward to moving into our new home!
