Absolutely awful experience with Alice (Senior Branch Manager), rude and no customer service skills, same as Amelia. Company also has no idea how to investigate a complaint, don't waste your time with these agents, shocking! The customer service must be passed down from Nick Miller, Regional Director, rude and not wanting to assist with any concerns or complaints with the Burton Branch, shocking and disgusting experience 😳 I put a complaint in previously, advised what it related too, Company closed the complaint and never reviewed the information! Poor and inadequate response.

We were shown around our forever home by Alice from Frank Innes of burton on trent, right from the start she was very approachable, knowledgeable and very friendly, she was with us during the whole process of putting in a offer to getting the keys. Nothing was to much trouble for Alice and she kept us In the loop during the whole process. If I was to ever sell or buy another property I would definitely go back to frank innes and would definitely ask for Alice. Words to sum up our experience Amazing, exciting, easy, pleasure to deal with It’s a thumbs up from us 👍👍👍

My partner and I were looking for a rental property and stumbled across Frank Innes on a property search engine. I contacted the branch about a property one evening g and Eden got in touch first thing the next morning to advise that the property was no longer available but she gave me details of the other available options. We quickly arranged a viewing on one of these and, on the day of the viewing, Eden showed us around the property, answering all of our questions and talking us through the application process. After having some less than ideal experiences with other letting agents being unresponsive and disorganised, Eden has been a breath of fresh air. She has been extremely helpful and organised and has made the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Thanks to Eden we are now looking forward to moving into our new home!
