UPDATE MARCH 2026: We cannot praise Eden Dunning at the Burton Branch highly enough. She is a pleasure to work with as a landlord and has an equally good rapport with our tenants, greeting us all with a smile and an approach that nothing is too much trouble. She is organised, efficient and keeps us informed with all aspects of the transactions, whether that be via the telephone or email; she is personable and professional throughout. ****************************************************************** We have just used Simon and the team at the Burton branch for the eighth time I believe. The reason is simple - they take what is a somewhat difficult transaction and minimise the stress to the client, making it trouble free. From the listing, the photo’s of the property and the valuation - Simon achieved tenants in occupation in seven days - you could not ask for more. We will search the market for properties again soon, but we will not search the market for an agent - it’s Frank Innes, 184, High Street, Burton on Trent.
