I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family and if I’m ever in the market to sell my property this estate agent would be the one I’d choose. Eden, has been amazing from the beginning, always communicating through everything and making it a smooth process even when we hit a little bump in the road. She has been a pleasure to help us get things in order in order for us to secure a property! Very prompt in getting back to us and answering any questions a long the way. GoogleMy husband and I are first time buyers who had no clue what we were doing or where to start. Our mortgage adviser, Amelia Bland has helped us through every step and explained everything to, making sure we understand and helped us get the best deals possible. We spoke to a couple of other mortgage advisers who made promises that they didn’t deliver whereas Amelia has gone above and beyond for us to ensure we understand and are getting the best deals. She is kind, patient and doesn’t put pressure on us unlike other advisers we had spoken to. We highly recommend using Amelia for your mortgage adviser.

GoogleNeed a repair doing to a property you rent through Frank Innes? Be prepared to wait. Over a week without a functional boiler in November is beyond a joke and should not be happening. And the communication (or lack of) is terrible.
