GoogleI had to leave UK in a rush because my dad was dying in the hospital. I had no time to take all the furniture out, that's true, but the house was clean and tidy before I left it 12 days before I had to.
Nobody called me to say "hey everything is ok, here is your deposit" or " we are taking this much of your deposit because of.." whatever reason.
I email them and nothing came back to me, I called them and someone said that they didn't let that house, "the last time we let that house was two years ago" of course you did to me.
A joke that costed me 500 hundreds pounds, never again with this agency.

GoogleDon't trust this agents, real thieves they are. Talk very nice while taking advance deposit money and when it comes to returning the money they make millions of damage excuses which you have made in the property which isn't the truth. Their inventory agent needs to be jailed who writes all the lies in the inventory report. I would never recommend these guys. Its been two months now and i haven't received my deposit back.

GoogleTerrible, great at getting us in but once we were in couldn't get in contact with them over phone or email they have left the sign in the front garden and ignored when we asked about removing some of the tenants old rubbish from the garden also we've had issues they don't consider urgent take weeks to resove.
