GoogleAnnoyed with the service. I rang burton office, staff named Katie just decided hang up before even waiting to listen to what i have to say. I rang back immediately but nobody responsed.
I am sorry to hear of your experience with the branch, we have had some telephone problems in the last week but that is not our usual service as we do treat all customers resepectfully and spend as much time with all clients as we can. We do have a voicemail if all negotiators are on the phone and we will call all clients back if they leave a message. The branch manager would like to discuss your concerns if you were to call the branch again at 01283 599259.

GoogleService is not the best, they can't even fix a problem of changing broken fense in time of FOUR months. Absolutely disappointed
