GoogleTheir service is really good. On the coldest day, the boiler at home was failed, I called them in the morning and got help from Kleo. In the afternoon, maintenance person came to repair it. They handled things very efficiently and it is worth it praise.

GoogleVery reliable - I was having a difficult time finding a flat, and one of their kind agents (James Hall) was able to set up a viewing for the same day I contacted them! They've been great in helping me settle down and sort out any issues I had. Iain Dickinson and Rosena Cahill have been especially helpful - very cheerful and responsive! Would definitely recommend to anyone moving to Derby!

GoogleI think something really needs to be done about the rules of uc personally I’m a carer for my disabled daughter so I cannot work I think it is unfair that we are rejected from applying for any property because of this especially as her dad is a full time worker and has said he will be paying half of the rent anyway also have 2 other working people to guarantee the rent aswell

GoogleUnfortunately they do not acknowledge emails or pick up the phone to discuss concerns. This is despite sending approx 10 emails, they do not want to hear from you if you have any concerns. If you call them on a whim they will listen to you otherwise they will not respond to you.

Your complaints have been received and you have been updated on each occassion and informed of the steps we are taking and we are able to legally take in the situation. We understand this can be frustrating but should the situation escalate the matter is beyond our remit and you need to contact the police.

GoogleHave used Sure Sales and Lettings for a number of years now to find a tenant for my rental. Jessie & Kleo have been fantastic throughout the process and really have gone above and beyond. For example, Jessie stayed on late into the evening to ensure a document was submitted on time. Highly recommend.

GoogleI had been using two property agents for a number of years, but from my experience of both Surelet have far exceeded my expectations in both their professional services and communication. They have regularly provided excellent tenants with clear and concise administration of both the tenancy agreement and monthly statements. I would have no issue in recommending Surelet to anyone whether a tenant or a landlord.

GoogleTook a couple months to fix issues such as no heating in the winter and make sure you take pictures of everything because they will try their best to take as much as your deposit as possible
Hi Stuart, thanks for getting in touch. We always do an inventory with photos prior to tenants moving in and this is used to compare with the check out report. Unfortunately we had to take some money (not the whole as agreed with you) from your deposit as the property wasn't returned in the same condition.

GoogleI called sure sales and Lettings in search of a property to let and spoke with a lady called Elizabeth who was extremely helpful. They had no suitable properties for my requirements but explained the lettings process in depth. Would definitely look to use them for lettings!

GoogleThe viewing was easy to set up, the deposit was explained incorrectly issues with house not passed onto landlord and issues with keys. Was very quick to move in and think signing off keys should’ve been done at the property. Staff were helpful when spoke but the issues made it more stressful.
