I’ve never experienced a better lettings agency. Every person I spoke with throughout my application was exceptional: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The whole team made me feel welcome, almost as if they were helping me find their own dream home. They guided me through viewing, referencing, and finalising everything in just four days, which is incredible. A special thank you to Jesse for finding me the perfect place (even the little adventure to the wrong properties first genuinely made me laugh and ended up being one of my favourite moments of the whole process.) Thank you to Shahzaib for being so reassuring and helpful with my holding deposit, and to Tessa for making the signing and first payment feel completely stress‑free. I’m moving in today with such a happy heart, knowing your team will be there throughout my tenancy. I’m truly so grateful. 💖

Me and my partner have started renting through Sure Sales and Lettings recently, and needless to say the whole process, from being shown the property by Sunil, to completing referencing for the property with Yvonne was effortless. They both put in work to make sure everything was seen to properly with a high level of professionalism and that there was minimal stress involved - that the best outcome was achieved. It was easy to contact either for questions and they were promptly answered, with a quality response and even easy to contact in person due to the preference of face to face conversations. The whole process of renting was smooth, starting from the viewing to the moving in, all agents we interacted with were excellent and friendly. Milie was very kind in getting the window curtain agreed with the landlord. Visit to their office for collecting the keys was also made convenient for us, Yvonne was very helpful in explaining the details and offering any help we needed then and thereafter. Kleo and Jessie were also very helpful. Everyone was helpful to be honest. Absolutely great experience so far, looking forward for the same as we move in and the property gets managed by them.

I was looking to move due to my current landlady not keeping house in good repair, landlady decided to sign up with Sure Lettings to manage several of her properties due to not being able to manage disrepair herself. Klio has been dealing with this and has been professional during a very difficult time trying to manage the landladys budget and disgruntled tennants. Millie has shown me several houses and at last we found the perfect one. Millie has been very helpful and is always friendly and comes back with a quick response to any questions. Excellent service from both Millie and Klio despite the unfortunate circumstances of having to move. My situation is down to poor management from my current landlady and not because of Sure Lettings they have been excellent and I would recommend them, especially Millie and Klio.

Sure have been amazing in every aspect of our letting process, most estate agents "look after" thier clients until the deposit is paid but Elizabeth kept us in the loop at all points got back to us everytime she said she would. We even had an issue due to the previous tenants and the director called to sort it personally. This Estate Agent will treat you as people rather than a sale and I would be Sure to recommend them to anyone considering using this great team of people!

Fantastic experience all round when renting a property. Elizabeth did a great job from the viewing through to handling queries about the contract - she was friendly and very quick to respond to emails which is hugely reassuring when going through the process. Rosena was also great in finalising everything and kept me informed which was very much appreciated. It has been a pleasure to deal with the company. I purchased a house through them which was very lengthy due to a number of external factors. I dealt with Lindsey throughout whom was diligent and worked hard to bring the chain and house together for legal completion. The property is for rental and I decided I would use Sure Sales and lettings to let it out. Jessie the letting manager was proactive. She came out promptly and put the property live on Rightmove within a couple of hours. I believe it went live before I got home ! I was then contacted by Millie who would be dealing with myself and viewer's Millie was a pleasure to deal with being both polite and quick in her responses to me. The property was popular with good interest and the house was rented within a week of going live.
