Jessica has been dealing with us since we enquired about viewing a few properties and she has been fantastic, we was about to give up looking for houses, but then we viewed a few houses and she was determined to get us in a property and now it's happening! GoogleBrilliant service in regards to applying for a rental property. Jessie has been amazing throughout, from viewing the property to contacting us updating us to providing us with the keys. Jessie was wonderful in finding me a property to rent, she showed be around three properties and I was gutted that I didn't get either of the first ones but super happy with the property I just got the keys for. GoogleI have been renting a place from Surelet since 2015 and back then I dealt with Matthew Talbot who, unfortunately, turned out to be rather unhelpful. However since James Norman has started to look after the property I could not complain. I was delighted with the service James has provided throughout my tenancy and he is definitely an asset to Surelet.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. SurePropertyBurton wasted the applicant’s time, provided false information, and showed a complete lack of knowledge throughout the letting process. A holding deposit was taken and not returned, despite the situation being caused by the agency’s own mistakes. Extremely unprofessional and not to be trusted.
