The roots of the Burton upon Trent branch go back to the 1970s and the branch relocated to 36 Station Street in 2004. The branch briefly relocated following a fire in 2014, but has returned home to Station Street, which reopened following extensive refurbishment. GoogleAfter making what became an unsuccessful enquiry for a property, the lettings team at Newton Fallowell were quick to contact me with another property that they felt would suit me - as soon as the owners put it on the market. Clearly, they had kept my initial enquiry (and details) on file and were keen to help both the owners and potential tenant very swiftly. Subsequently, the team made the transfer of utilities bills, etc. very smooth for this first time tenant and have been pleased to answer all my questions helpfully since I moved in. In my experience, Newton Fallowell provides an excellent service.

After numerous complaints that didn’t took month to get resolved I have since left the property and am awaiting my deposit. I have heard nothing about the return of my deposit and after contacting the branch on several occasions I keep getting told someone will get back to me, yet I receive no call or email. It has been 24 days since I left my property, so I feel it is an adaquate length of time to have at least received some communication about my deposit.

Poor service once they have agreed to sell your property . Poor communication. Lack of transparency. Lies and misinformation and incompetence. Thank goodness for an amazing solicitor who did all the work the estate agent should have done.

They requested for confidential information via LetAlliance before viewing and even after giving all this, you don’t hear from them. I really feel uncomfortable 😕, at least update me once you asked all my details before even viewing the property. They not reply for email and over the phone you can only reach them if you selling your property. Avoid this agency
