Any queries or problems I've had are addressed quickly and the work carried out by their team of utility services has been done efficiently with mininum disruption. Ben, Jayne and the rest of the team provide an excellence service and I highly recommend them 😊

GoogleI spoke alot with Jayne over the phone I cant stress enough how helpful and friendly she was I also viewed the house with Ben who was just as helpful and friendly iv been speaking to alot of estate agents recently and these are by far my best experience can't that them enough

TrustpilotThey’ll steal your deposit
They claimed to have protected our deposit with TDS and there aren’t any records to confirm that, asked for the deposit reference number and they don’t have it, contacted TDS and they say that they never received anything from them. It’s been over a month and now they’ve stopped taking our calls.Only thing left to do is sue them and never do business with this poor poor company…it’s a shame that professionals can be thieves too.

We bought through Newton Fallowell in May 2018 and would highly recommend them. In particular, Sharon and Simon were extremely helpful, always available to take our calls and when our solicitors weren't particularly competent, they were always on hand to try to chase things up. We would have no hesitation in using Newton Fallowell when we move in the future!

Shocking communication and no customer service. Two stars is a generous rating. Had high expectations when Sales guy came round to list property. We were promised so much with regard to communication - and they delivered absolute nothing. They tried to get us to go with the in-house legal team for the conveyancing, but after making 3 calls for a quote and getting no answer we went elsewhere. Thank goodness we did, if their legal is as bad as their office we would have had no chance completing. Promised weekly updates from the office on progress, following acceptance we waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. Following OUR call the agent found out the solicitor for our buyer had left the company and nobody had picked up the work. Date agreed for completion and two days before get a call to say wouldn’t happen as waiting for info on our sale - turned out the information had been sent by ourselves twice and once by our solicitor. Told new date agreed but we were missed from that communication and knew nothing and couldn’t do the date. All in all a complete shambles. Sales guy said for duration of process we would effectively be his boss (his words), heard nothing from him and didn’t return calls/messages. The only calls we got was on day of completion, to offer congratulations - hideous. All they have done for their large fee is to list on Rightmove and do the viewings (5).Avoid Newton Fallowell they are full of empty promises.

GoogleEveryone at Newton Fallowell have been very helpful. Ben who came out to my property was very knowledgeable and could not do more to help as well as those in the office. After working with other Estate Agnents, I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell above others based on my experience.

Newton Fallowell Sutton Coldfield Do not use this company as a letting agent, we pay a full service management fee and have to constantly chase them to chase our rent. Consistently not paid with no notification or call beforehand to let us know, actually went months at one point with no payment and they didn’t even realise.When you try to call no one answers the phone, constant promises of Dave calling you back and he never does.Most unprofessional estate agency I have ever come across. Still an ongoing issue but don’t want anyone else to suffer with them. Considering reporting to trading standards as normal complaints and persistence doesn’t seem to work/ be taken seriously.

Wow I would avoid these like the plague. My son and his fiancé brought a chain free home and thought it would be a easy sale but no it’s been over 12 weeks now and the seller has moved to another country. But we have found out that there is someone else living at the property when was told the house was empty .. So what a mess their first home but maybe it’s not going to be. They’ve been calling the estate agents and always say we will get back to you. . Very poor service

ALL THE LANDLORDS STAY WAY FOR THAT PEOPLE . THEY JUST PLAYING AROUND THE THE PROPRETIES IS NEVER GON GET NEW TENANTS ETC. SO POOR SERVICE JUST UNBELIEVABLE THAT GUYS STILL CAM DEAL WITH LANDLORDS AND SELLING PROPRETIES. SO BAD 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎

The viewings were handled very efficiently and with minimum need to contact us. We really appreciated that we were kept informed at all stages and had control of what offers we would consider. The house sold within a week! And from beginning to end the whole process took only 2 months. Staff were so courteous and helpful.
