The roots of the Burton upon Trent branch go back to the 1970s and the branch relocated to 36 Station Street in 2004. GoogleGreat experience with Newton Fallowell Burton! Move in day tomorrow and everything had been really quick, efficient and very positive so far. Ben & Jayne have been so helpful with my many questions and have made renting for the first time a much less stressful process. Very quick responses on email & on the phone. I wouldnt believe a review thats left on the main web page. Must write them all themselves! Had a property with them for over 2years. They never came to do any “maintenance” all cowboy jobs. Not one qualified contractor. If you try tell them about damp theyll either ignore or just wack some paint on it lol! Faulty plug sockets. They just tell you to not use that plug!! What??? Also every little mark or whatever you make in that property, (seems like they forget your actually a human and move about in your property) youll have to pay for. Mold, thats another thing. Theyll make out the poorly sealed windows are your fault and not the cowboys who work for them (yee-haw) so honeslty if your looking for a place to live. Please with abit of sense. Keep looking. Would hate for you to waste your time and money with these

Do not use! Staff lied, dismissive, and down right rude. Wrote to the company for an explanation never received a response. Thank god for the purchasers estate agents who did newton fallowed job for them!

GoogleNewton Fallowell provided all the help and guidance we needed to rent out a property. As we live some distance from Burton, we were unable to travel to the property daily to prepare the property for rental. Newton Fallowell were always on hand to help us with any issues we had and they gave excellent customer service.

The team have been quick to respond to queries and have helped the chain keep moving forward to achieve the desired completion date. We don’t plan on moving for some time, but would return again. Leicester Branch - avoid selling with this estate agent! Rarely answer the phone and don’t arrange appointments when voicemails are left by prospective buyers. I had 2 people arrange appointments through another agent I was also marketing my property with because Newton Fallowell didn’t return their calls. Unsure of branch but I believe the managers name is Zak.

Awful communication and customer service! Tried booking a viewing! Staff member was rude and Took over 15 minutes to ‘wait for the her to finish her previous task!’ Finally was able to get our viewing confirmed.. less than 3 hours before viewing - was cancelled due to the amount of interest! Awful from the start!

We have enquired about rental properties through this estate agents, but they will not even consider you for a viewing unless you submit a full application including your bank details. Having gathered enormous amounts of your personal information, they don't even bother to contact you unless you are successful. Furthermore, they ask for documentation they don't even need (you do not need my passport, driving licence AND birth certificate) so it's virtually impossible to even get past the application form the amount they expect you to give them. It's a completely unreasonable amount of personal information to require just for an enquiry
