FacebookWe recently purchased a property through Burnley Reeds Rains. From the start of the process Dawn and her colleagues were very polite and responsive. They kept us well updated throughout the process. It isn't easy at the moment with remote working but their customer service remained the same and our service wasn't affected because of this. Huge thanks to Dawn in particular who was upbeat and approachable throughout. Would recommend to others, great service
