GoogleI was recently accepted for a house with reeds rains for me and my family and from the viewing to getting the keys reeds rains staff members have been amazing with helping us and making sure we had all we needed. We would like to thank phil Simpson for his part in getting us the house and going out of his way to bring us the keys to the house days earlier than we expected, Phil really did all he could to push everything forward to have us in before Christmas we couldn’t have asked for a better lettings manager to help us with our new home.

GoogleI moved into my first property about 4 months ago and my estate agent was Phil at Reeds Rains in Burnley. I’m pretty clueless when it comes to this sort of thing and Phil couldn’t have done enough for me! He was so helpful, patient, and supportive with any big or small question I had to ask. Everything from the viewing of the property to the moving date, he made sure I was good and understood everything. Couldn’t recommend enough! He helped me get my first home of my own and I’ll be forever grateful ❤️

The marketing was excellent and included many photos and also a virtual tour of the house. Dawn and Elizabeth answered any questions I had promptly and it did not take long to find a buyer. GoogleIn my experience, the Reeds Rains letting manager, Phil, was extremely rude. When I spoke to him over the phone, his tone came across as shockingly aggressive and hostile, it genuinely felt like he wanted to bite my head off. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behaviour from someone in a managerial position. I’m still in complete shock and to be honest im pretty disappointed.
