GoogleMy second attempt to review. Keenans SOLD us the property but acted with the pace and professionalism I would expect were we selling with them. Kieran was excellent, cajoling and following through with us all the way. Worthy of mention was the key handover, he couldn't do enough for us on completion day...rounding up colleagues to wait after hours as we were stuck in traffic. It will be Keenans we turn to when it is time to see. Thanks Kieran

GoogleAlex Noon at Keenans has always been on the end of the phone sorting anything out that I need. As a landlady, you need to trust that there’s someone experienced and straight talking managing your property and I’m really grateful that Alex is part of the team. We were absolutely impressed with the service provided by Keenans Estate Agents especially Ella. The whole process of buying a house, from the initial stage of viewing the property and to the final stages of completion went very smoothly due to Ella’s proactive approach and professionalism. Ella was very informative, polite, built good rapport, and always had time and patience to listen to what we had to say and answer any of our questions and queries. She would always update us on a weekly basis without fail in regards to any updates, on any progress made about the purchase and would guide us with anything we were unsure of. As we all know, house buying can be a very stressful and a difficult experience, but having a person like Ella being part of this process can make the whole experience an enjoyable one due to her customer orientated approach. Just wanted to say big thanks to Ella and to those who were involved in the process for all the help and support. Thank you, very much appreciated.

GooglePreviously had our house on with another agency. However after terminating the contract early we switched to Keenan’s who from day 1 were exceptional. It led us to selling our house within 3 weeks of it being live. Jack is a superb agent and the guys in the office go above and beyond. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

GoogleStaff were friendly when we called - we just found it frustrating that the property listings aren't updated regularly. We called a few times about properties showing available on their website and Rightmove to be told they'd actually sold a while ago. The ones we'd driven past even still had 'for sale' signs outside. It's a shame as it put us off looking at other homes advertised by Keenans as we didn't want to get our hopes up when they were likely already sold.
Hi Fiona thank you for taking the time to leave a review. In a market that is still moving quickly we do have a number of transactions that are at various points of the process. Sometimes surveys haven’t been completed and sometimes vendors simply request that they would like the property to remain marketed. Please do let this put you off using our services - we certainly do recommend registering your details with us so we can let you know as early as possible about anything new to the market

GoogleReally poor communication from this branch. Don’t call back when they say they will .. don’t send email when they say they will .. Very little interest if you have an issue .. just expect you to chase contractors and arrange getting things fixed. No follow up calls checking everything’s sorted and the customers happy. Just a very basic level of customer service would be nice .. as it is clear that based on service received so Far .. this is the best I can hope for.

GoogleThe service myself and my siblings received from Keenans was exceptional. Unfortunately, we lost our mum and dad within 12 weeks of each other, as I was the only sibling living locally, I sourced an estate agent and chose Keenans. All the team, particularly at the Barnoldswick office were friendly, helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process of selling our late parents house We had multiple viewings, all carried out by them, as I have restricted mobility issues. If ever I had any questions or concerns they were dealt with. The house sold very quickly, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Keenans. As I said, the whole team at the Barnoldswick office were a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleToday, my husband and I viewed a bungalow we were interested in buying with the agents Keenan's at Burnley. We both found Jack the agent to be open, honest , informative and knowledgeable about all to do with selling and buying a property.we both felt at ease and although the property was not appropriate for us we Found the experience to be a good one. GoogleI was recommended Keenans by a friend who had used their services before. I was aware that although the market is quite buoyant at present it would likely be a long, complicated and frustrating process to sell a house given how busy agents are and the restrictions from the pandemic. I needn’t have worried. Keenan’s were proactive, diligent and worked extremely hard to get the house online and ready to sell as quickly as possible. Not only that good to their word when they said they had buyers looking for my house I had multiple viewings booked in on day one. The very first viewing offered that same morning the full asking price of the house and the property was taken off the market on the morning it was put on! At this point I still expected things to take time. Hiccups. And all of the other delays you would see. Especially as I was due to go on holiday too for two weeks. None of that. Everything went extremely smoothly. Surveys. Searches. Solicitor engagement. Comms between all parties. Alll in all the sale from start to finish took under six weeks which is incredible. The service from Louis, Chloe and Kieran was phenomenal. They were always on hand if you ever needed them and over delivered on everything they promised. Keenan’s we’re a pleasure to do business with. And next time I am selling or buying I will be sure to use them. I used Keenans as managing agents for my home when I was working abroad and needed to let it out.The service was very poor from the word go and cost me directly financially and indirectly through stress.When I gave notice to end my relationship with Keenans they ignored me until I made a formal complaint. Keenans ignored my formal complaint, I went to the ombudsman and Keenans misled the ombudsman, that is the last straw for me, simply breathtaking.I would recommend anyone to avoid Keenans like the plague

Absolutely hopeless. I have just tried to engage in a potential purchase through Keenan’s, but they neither answer emails nor phone calls. I got as far as putting in an offer on a property a week ago after chasing them numerous times, but I have literally heard nothing further from them, even after telephoning yet again and leaving a message requesting an update. I am now walking away. There are a number of other agents who are very keen for my business, especially in these difficult economic times, so I will certainly not be wasting any more of my time with Keenan’s.

My sale had a few ups and downs (not the fault of the agent), but Robert was brilliant and found us the right buyer.After the sale was agreed Ella dealt with our matter and was always helpful and called me back when requested.
