Very poor customer service, fundamental errors made. Properties not inspected when promised, vital details missed on inspections. Turnover of staff at an alarming rate, no hands off management solutions.

GoogleLied saying I didn't log everything on my application even thou I did and the exact dates. Conned us out of 160 pound and the women was so rude and disrespectful to me on the phone.. Don't use this company

Rude, Pushy and Elitist. I have looked at a few properties in their portfolio and I have found the staff extremely rude and they speak to you like you are something they stepped in when you want a little longer than an hour to decide whether you are going to part with hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Terrible agents Was told I’d had three viewings in a week ..... but they didn’t have a key ! When pressed said two hadn’t showed up and one didn’t like it from the outside . Then another supposed viewing ..... no appointment booked So in short not to be trusted
