GoogleRang up to book a viewing to be told property sold to a cash buyer, that must of fallen through, & then it was reduced. No follow up call etc to say back on the market. It seems these days, cash buyers get priority, not interested if you've to sell a property first!

Fantastic service and support in a what can be difficult process. Terri has kept me in mind and personally selected houses I may like. She she been there to discuss properties and help me with my purchase. Richard has viewed a number of properties with me and given me a variety of information in relation to each unique home. Service is fast, personal and caring. Thank you all.

TrustpilotGreat communication and efficient service
Callum at Keenan’s has kept us fully informed and up to date throughout the process of renting out our property. We had a bad experience with a previous agent and Keenan’s have really put our minds at ease. Looking forward to working with them.

GoogleBought my first house with my partner through Keenan's a year ago and can highly recommend them to any first time buyers. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and took the time to explain the whole home buying process step by step whenever we had questions. Sam showed me around the house with my dad and was very professional and knowledgeable , and made sure we knew everything about the house before we left the viewing

TrustpilotKeenans
Keenans were professional and efficient from the very start. The gentleman who did our evaluation was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel that our house would be in safe hands. The communication was always excellent and we were able to talk to a designated sales person whenever we needed to. I felt like we received a personalised service and we were always treated professionally.

GoogleI am so grateful to Lewis Usher and the rest of the team at Keenans for the recent sale of my property. From start to end they were nothing but professional and reassuring. They secured a number of viewings very quickly before I received an offer from the first viewer for the full asking price. Excellent service.

GoogleKeenans sales team have been absolutely amazing! We had to relist our house 3 times that was always out of Keenans control but they always made such an effort to find us viewings straight away and we are finally at the end of the process. The whole team have been brilliant, cant thank them enough.

GoogleGreat team at the Burnley office friendly and professional. 4 stars and not 5 as there was a change in staff and the handover could have been a little better.

TrustpilotElla at Keenan's Accrington has been excellent.
We have just bought a house through Keenans, Accrington, All the staff have been very helpful and polite. Ella in particular has been most helpful, phoning on a regular basis whenever there's an update and often just to check in and make sure we were ok with the process and answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend. *****

Apparently advised our landlord to keep our deposit as there is an unpaid electric bill. The bill is in dispute with EDF because they haven't been applying money to our account. But they have advised our landlord to keep our money. Sharks! Be very careful.

TrustpilotVery Good
Everyone at the Burnley branch have been so lovely so far, from the first valuation appointment with Louis to the correspondence with the office which has been very friendly and helpful. Selling my house has been very smooth sailing so far. I didn't want to do my own viewings so Jack took control and the house was sold within a week.
