Keenans Estate Agents Burnley I don’t know where to start. Keenans staff in Burnley are very rude and unpleasant. If you are buying a property from them you definitely won’t be getting a good deal instead you will be getting ripped off. I have been observing them for over 5 years now. They will over price the property anywhere between £25-£130 for an average property. Once during a viewing I pointed out to their adviser that they have over priced the property. His reply was “Yeh but we do sell them”. They will lie to you about having higher offers to put you in a position where you may feel that you need to increase your offer. If you back off you will notice that the property will still be on the market 6 months down the line. If they don’t like your offer for a property, they will answer you there and then without consulting it with the owner. They speak to you like you have committed a crime. If you ever have to deal with them you will notice lack of training and customer service skills. They are ignorant and incompetent.

They were extremely professional, nothing was too much trouble and they sold my property in just one week! They called me to make sure I would be attending the viewing and of course we got there on time but unfortunately we to wait 15 minutes for Jason who was late. This was fine but what wasn’t fine was that Jason had brought the wrong keys. Jason also told us he was to busy to get the keys for us and we have to call the office and rebook ...

GoogleSimply WOW. From the minute we walked through the door we were recognised and remembered as returning clients. We were greeted warmly by DANIELLE and she very quickly gave us confidence Keenans would act professionally and secure a sale in a timely manner. Our property particulars were of superb quality, the listing on rightmove appeared the same day and we had the first viewing the following day. SALE agreed within 24 hours. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT FROM AN AGENT?

GoogleIt seems Keenan's are a professional company if they get your business, but if they don't, it's not very professional. Booked in a valuation which went smoothly, the valuator was more of a sales pitch then what they could do for me. I decided to go with another Estate agents for the sale, and the follow up call from Keenan's was out of order. The pushy lady, was insistent and at this point offered to match the Fee (why not offer it in first place?) After saying I had signed the contract, she continued to push, question the contract I had signed etc. Not professional and very off putting.

GoogleThe worst estate agents to purchase property from. Do not provide updates. Constantly have to chase them. In the end went with another estate agency. Best decision I made.

They are not well organised and fully trained to do that job. I had few viewing of some properties based at Burnley with them .Finally I liked one of them and was going to rent it. I spoke to KEENANS ESTATE AGENT to sort out that , a lady who’s answered me said “ we need to talk to the landlord and will let you know “ . Although that scenario was a bit ridiculous but I accepted. THEN I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM AND WHENEVER TRYING TO CONTACT THEIR NUMBER NO ONE ANSWER. Poor service!!Do not waste your time with them please.
