AVOID AVOID AVOID

Where do I begin. Keenans are liars. If your selling a property through them then please avoid. They will not get the best price for you. All they are after is a quick turnaround and put pressure on the sellers in accepting an offer which in this instance they were old and vulnerable. I'd put in an offer on a house I liked only to be informed that my offer was rejected because of the size of the deposit of 70%. Why should that matter when I had a mortgage in principle agreed for the remaining amount. I then spoke to the vendors directly who informed me that Keenans had put them off from accepting my offer despite it being the highest. The poor vendors were old and had been lied to by both Robert and the branch manager Jonathon about my financial situation. I will be taking this matter up with the property ombudsman as Keenans should not be allowed to conduct their business like this.

Cannot speak highly enough of Keenan's.

Cannot speak highly enough of Keenan's! If you need an estate agency, do not hesitate to hire this company. You'll be in the safest of hands. The whole staff team are brilliant. They sold our house on the first viewing day and "held our hand" right the way through the whole process. Every query was responded to immediately. Their professionalism and customer care are beyond compare. We had not moved house for 30 years so we were very nervous about the process, but the Keenan's team made sure everything went smoothly for us. They were particularly supportive about my husband's serious illness and kept this in the forefront of their minds during every interaction. It doesn't matter who picks up the office phone - you're guaranteed the same excellent customer service from every single team member. We can't thank them all enough for everything, although special mention must go to Paul, Sam and Lauren for their outstanding support, professionalism and empathy. If ever we need to move house again, only Keenan's will do and we recommend them without hesitation.

If you are looking to buy property from keenans you better be careful. Get directly contacted with owner otherwise these agents won't do any good Really had a bad experience with Chloe. She even doesn't answer my calls pretends she can't hear me when she can. When i called a different agent he helped alot. But buying property is not easy as old days. You better have a good relation with agents other wise you'll be wondering for houses like a dead soul.

Professional, Courteous, Excellent!

We are so very happy and extremely grateful that we chose Keenan's to sell our home! From the moment we met Louis we felt reassured knowing we were in good hands and could trust Keenan's.Louis' valuation was absolutely spot on! Communication could have saved our experience

The whole renting process with Keenans has been quite difficult from our viewing of our current property we fell in love and set a moving date which is where hell unfolded. The whole week before we were chasing for our contracts to sign which has the incorrect date on which we will be chasing to correct - arriving at the property on key exchange day was possibly the most stressful day of my life, we had no power, no heating and the property was dirty and still full of the previous occupiers things. Whether the letting agent or the landlords fault I would expect this to all be rectified and sorted for us to arrive or even jusy a phone call to let us know..baring in mind this had already been pushed back 3 days. We spent 2 days chasing our electric provider, we missed Christmas parties, we had the most stressful week. Eventually after asking to speak with me a manager twice on the evening the lovely Emma finally contacted us, she arranged for a gent called Anthony to come out who managed to help us get the support we needed to get the power back on. We eventually move in another 2 days later than planned. Emma completely went above and beyond to try and fix what was a horrific situation, even getting someone around to clean on such sort notice! She did everything within her power to ensure that myself and my fiancé could comfortably live at the property and we could sort out all the other bits afterwards. Minor issues still stand, which we will be picking up on the new year however having spoken to Alex when there were some issues with our oven I am hopeful we can get everything all ironed out and finally feel like this is our home. What I feel this situation could have been fixed with is some communication, it could have been avoided it needing to be escalated up to Emma if we’d have just been kept in the loop.

Finally an estate agent who cares.

Finally an estate agent who cares: Keenans have been very helpful and responsive throughout the process of selling our property with expert advice and tips. But it gets better than that. On the day of an important viewing we weren't feeling well, our cleaner had let us down and we were not ready for the viewing. Jack Truelove of Keenans turned up. He immediately asked "how can I help?" and then went to work, helping us to get the house ready for the viewing. I swear I even saw him whizz around with our Dyson and a cloth to get the place to look it's best. The viewers turned up and... put in an offer (!) which we accepted. Jack's positive "can do" attitude shines through in all communication with him and we are sure that this is also what made the difference with the buyers. Thank you.

Excellent take on by Keenans Burnley Team in spring 2020. Covid impacted as we requested on hold for 12months.Property revalued by Louis & quickly re-marketed in June 2021. Accepted a realistic offer after Dean’s good viewing. We were handed over to Liam from the sales progression team, who excelled in chasing solicitors, following up any issues & kept in touch which was invaluable as we live at distance. Just give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I have both bought and sold numerous properties through Keenans in Clitheroe from a 5 bedroomed 3 acre barn conversion to a 2 bedroomed flat.They were not always easy sales and required a good understanding of the market backed by an outstanding marketing team.As a vendor or purchaser you are always kept up to date with the progress between the legal representatives on either side of the transaction. Keenans are definitely the go to agent if you are considering a move.

As a property developer/trader, I have used Keenans everytime to sell my properties through as I have found them to be consistently professional. I mainly deal with Johnathon, who is courteous and efficient. He keeps me up-to date via phone calls and emails before I have a chance to think of the next step and I never have to chase updates. A professional estate agents

We went with Keenans as we felt they were more driven to sell our property than other estate agents that valued our property. From Aaron, who valued, Laura, who took stunning pictures, right through to James who has handled our sale. They have been fantastic. They have handled all aspects of selling a property and ensured we have had to do little except leave them to it. The communication has been on it. James in particular has kept us on track. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else. We have recommended to friends - who have also not only listed - but now also sold through Keenans. They are selling machines.

This is really very easy for me

This is really very easy for me. My dealings were mostly with David and Jack from Clitheroe office. Selling my Fathers/Family home

Selling my Fathers home, the family home, was a terrible time for me. Keenans helped to make the process less painful for me. I loved the photographs taken by the photographer, Lacie, she made my Dads home look incredible, I can also keep the lovely pictures in my memory box. Due to the pandemic the sale went through a little slower than usual, but I was kept up to date with the progression of the sale by Cree, this eased any worries that I had and to be honest I needed that extra time to say goodbye to my home.

When we initially decided to sell our house, we had a couple of estate agents to value etc. It was clear from the outset, that there was only one choice for us.
