I’ve enquired on a few properties for sale as I have just got my mortgage certificate and looking to purchase my first house I was recommended to use Keenan’s however after phoning and leaving a voicemail, messaging on whattsapp and leaving an enquiry on right move no one’s got in touch with me at all.

If your registered disabled DO NOT GO TO VIEW. They look you up and down, they judge you, and say they will send a email to apply. But the email never comes they are very stuck up and think there above the rest. I will never deal with these again.

GoogleMy house had the longest chain ever. I never thought that the sale would go through. But I had Alicja behind me all the way. She was in constant touch to update me and was very professional from start to finish. The poor girl had such a hard job but was always cheerful and polite. She deserves a rise for all her hard work!

Communication from both Jack and the rest of the team has been brilliant, efficient and reassuring. So far, we've had a great experience and everyone has been really helpful! GoogleWorst estate agents we’ve ever tried to use. We arranged a viewing of a property which they were aware we were travelling over an hour to for, with a newborn as well. We were there waiting 20 minutes passed the viewing time before getting a phone call saying no one was turning up to show us the property after only 1 hour before, phoning us to confirm the viewing. We were promised a rearranged time for a viewing and never heard a word from them after that. Complete and utter waste of time and would not recommend them to anyone. Got put on their mailing list half a dozen times and still never received anything from them through that either. Absolute nonsense.
