GoogleWas really good at first had a lot of issues in the house some problems have still not been sorted after waiting 2 years we have 2 baby's but they don't seem to care, and don't expect a phone call back off the manager Tina she has no time for anyone never about ever, we even waited outside the office before seen her walk in then rang up and was told she's not there.we had to live in the front room for 5 month because upstairs was unhabitable due to very bad damp and mould ruined our first Christmas as a family they could of put us in another house but no, if you can avoid this company.

Googleprobably brilliant if you are a landlord and there want your houses, as a tenant was the worst landlord had, and during my life had a few. wouldn't recommend for house share as dealt with 0 issues, probably every rule broken and still nothing was dealt with as there were in arrears so didnt do anything. ignored lots of messages, said would help but just got fobbed off all time. none of their houses look like the pictures at all. avoid at all costs renting a room from these.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The team in the office are super efficient, the refurbished HMO properties are immaculately finished and the single lets are all in a good clean condition prior to letting. I would recommend this company to tenants and landlords.
