GoogleWe have been with E&M for a few years now.
Going into the HMO market was not an easy experience and we needed a lot of input to rectify various issues. Access to this team has been very good and clearly team communication is also very good.
We have needed access to a variety services in order to put things right, and Tina and her team have always been able to sort things out for us for a very reasonable cost.
I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI can’t pretend to be a very experienced landlord but have 3 rentals run by 3 different managing agents. E&m have been the worst in terms of communication and helpfulness throughout.
I often have to ask the same questions several times without full responses or a very curt single sentence response.
Rent payments received different days each month and late often needing reminders for payments.
Leanne not been helpful or friendly on email or phone.
I would look elsewhere if I were needing a Burnley managing service in the future.

I have only dealt with Leanne and while she made a great first impression and presumably did a good job of finding the best tenant she could, lately she has been hard to get in touch with and takes many days to respond to messages. The final straw for me was last week when she went on holiday without letting me know and then reacted with complete indifference when I told her I was upset. This relationship is unworkable and Leanne is very unprofessional.
