GoogleBoiler broke no hot water or heating, roof leaking in , over a week now , 1 couple moved out for afew weeks hoping it will be rectified, other bloke rang numerous time to the office ,I've ranged just to be fobbed off , and they still take full rent

GoogleWell after being robbed by a sourcer, I was introduced to Leanne. She single handedly has restored faith in humanity. She’s a bloody hard worker and will go out of her to make sure the client is happy. All the team is friendly approachable and helpful. As you know buying a property is for life and a very stressful time not to mention financially draining. I have bought two so far and will be doing business with these guys again. Lovely people and very passionate about property! So far full marks, highly recommended and -A+++ 👊🏼

Google★☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience with E and M Property Solutions My experience with E and M property solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning of my tenancy, I encountered a series of issues that were mishandled and left me feeling unsafe and taken advantage of. One of the most alarming incidents was when a window in the property was smashed in by someone throwing a brick. Shockingly, there were no adequate security measures in place to prevent such an incident. Even more concerning, security cameras were only installed after a second window was smashed in, which made me question the property agent's priorities in ensuring tenant safety. Adding to the list of grievances, I was asked to write a positive Google review by a property agent named Leanne, which felt manipulative and unethical. This kind of behaviour only serves to highlight the lack of professionalism and integrity within the company. Another significant issue was the presence of mould in the property, which I promptly reported. However, despite numerous complaints, no action was taken to address this serious health concern. The property agent prioritizes their own convenience over tenant well-being. To make matters worse, I was hit with an unexpected rent increase during my tenancy, leaving me feeling financially burdened and trapped. It is disheartening to see a property agent putting profit above tenant loyalty and satisfaction. The final straw came when I was told to pay for a supposed 'burn' in the carpet upon moving out. However, after a closer inspection, it was evident that the issue was wear and tear, which the property agent either failed to recognize or deliberately disregarded to exploit me for more money. Overall, my experience with E and M has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of concern for tenant safety, failure to address mould issues, and unprofessional behaviour have left me feeling completely disillusioned and taken advantage of. I strongly advise against dealing with this property agent and recommend seeking a more reputable and tenant-focused company.

GoogleBeen with E&M since 2021, writing this June 2023 and I’ve still got issues which I reported THE DAY I MOVED IN that still need to be fixed. You ring up and report a problem, they assure you something will be done and nothing ever is, have the bare faced cheek to request property inspections when they can’t even carry out simple jobs. Don’t get me wrong, the staff can be friendly and nice, but it’s just the constant pestering you have to do to get ANYTHING done, I’ve had to source and pay for my own electricians/plumbers/gas engineers on several occasions. I wouldn’t mind but I rent and can guarantee I won’t get any of the money back. I wouldn’t stay “steer clear” as someone else’s review says, I’d just make it very well known from the outset that if there are anything issues with your property, you want them fixing immediately. Don’t try and be nice and relaxed about it like I did.

GoogleDisgusting company! If I could have given a zero rating I would have. If you value your families health then DO NOT lease from this company. One tenant has had a faulty boiler for 8months and severe mould and damp in the house, amongst many other issues. Another has had NO BOILER WORKING AT ALL for the last 3months over winter. I've added a selection of pictures from 1 of the properties as the company are now claiming no knowledge! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
