GoogleThese have to be the worst agents in history. They are all for landlords who pay them but tenants they love to ignore and leave them with work that needs doing. We have had a central heating issue for going on 2 years now and they send plumbers after we keep asking them to just ignore any reports they give them. They do nothing. We have had floods, leaks, mould etc and they do nothing. They side with a rogue landlord because he pays them to manage his repairs but both of them do nothing.
We are sick of having to fight repair battles with them and receiving patronising smug responses from a tina who is supposed to be a manager. So tired of their excuses and lack of repairs. The worst mistake we ever made moving into here and having to associate with the likes of these people. There is a list of repairs need doing and they do nothing. Useless pointless agents who need a new manager. Some staff we spoke to are great but any involvement with this tina has been a complete waste of time. Going to involve a specialist disrepair law firm to now access and take action. Please any tenants, avoid this joke of an agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI used to rent a room managed by E&M Property Solutions and in January 2021 while I was asleep in bed someone from E&M unlocked my bedroom door and let themselves in.
Two days ago the same thing happened again.
There is clearly a lot of incompetence on their side and they cannot be trusted to manage this property safely. They don't care about me or the affects this has had. I can tell from their lack of communication with me when I reached out for help.
If you thinking about renting from E&M my advice would be not to and I seriously mean that.
