Leanne has been so kind and helpful in my search for a house. Not only is she really knowledgable and professional but she has helped to find houses that suit my needs and helps to envision what you could do with a property.

Just sold my dad's house with Duckworths, and during this very stressful time the whole team helped me through it . Especially Leanne, our telephone conversations sorted any problems. But not forgetting Daniel who was brilliant right from the valuation to the end.

Would recommend, I worked with Leanne, had no issues from start to finish and she was very helpful! The house viewings with these agents also went the best, very honest and helpful.

Just wanted to say a big 'Thank you' to Leanne Taylor and the team for selling my property with a very uncooperative tenant who cancelled all viewings! Amazing work Leanne and thanks for getting the sale over the line. Regards Nigel Rowe

Exceptional service from day one, through to completion. They handled the difficult issues with an inexperienced buyer with professionalism. Their partner property management agency, Discover Property were equally exceptional. Thank you. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again

Just sold my house through Duckworths Estate Agents and the experience was fantastic. From the start of the process through to final completion, everything was very professional. I was kept informed and updated every step of the way by Leanne, who is a credit to the company. I would certainly recommend Duckworths if you want to sell your house in a quick, friendly and professional manner.

I have just sold my property through Leanne at Duckworths Burnley. She is an absolute superstar who has gone above and beyond to sell my house for me. I've had a few knock backs selling my house previously due to problems with an extension that was on the house when I originally bought it. Leanne has provided me with the very best service and advice from start to finish. She found me the best purchaser for my situation. I 100% recommend her to anyone.

We highly recommend Duckworths estate agents in Burnley. We recently bought our dream home through them. It took just 6 weeks from our offer to completion. The whole process was so professional, efficient and so much of the potential stress was taken away due to the tireless efforts from Leanne & Jason for which we will be eternally grateful. Absolutely exceptional service.

We just completed on the sale of our late parents’ home, arranged by Duckworths. We were very impressed by their dynamic and knowledgeable approach, having interviewed several other “same old” local agents. Duckworths professionally organised and accompanied all viewings, then negotiated with bidders to arrive at the best offer proposition. I’m pleased to say we weren’t disappointed… James, Daniel and Leanne all contributed to delivering an excellent service, keeping us informed at each stage. They also linked us with very competent Solicitors (Watson Ramsbottom), which smoothed the process even more. One final plus - they were very reasonable on fees too - a win-win! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

After being on the market unsuccessfully with Pettys and several fall throughs I reached out to Duckworths as I could see they had sold the property next door. Leanne found me 3 buyers instantly and got me full asking price which I had previously been told was unachievable through other agents. Leanne updated me and helped me every step of the way and the sale completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would never use another agent again! Thank you :)

Lee Ann from Duckworths has been a brilliant agent to deal with - from the first time I met her at our now new home back in October 22 up until finally being able to collect our keys from the Agency in Burnley today. Very knowledgeable about the area and also about the property that she is selling . Her colleague Daniel also spoke with me periodically and I found him to be just as supportive. Thank you Duckworths
