GoogleHouse sold within a week from duckworth estate agents! Very impressed with Leanne who helped us not only with the house sale, but offered advice and spoke to the estate agents where we had made an offer on and helped us secure the new property! Couldn't recommend enough, wish all estate agents were as good to deal with as Duckworths.

GoogleMixed feelings about my experience when I sold my house. Initially very good service, valuation was very upbeat and advert went up quick and efficiently. Appointment system for viewings just didn't work. I had people turning up saying they had appointments but Duckworths didn't know? Then I secured a buyer via Facebook and once that happened, I stopped getting updates. I had to do the leg run myself when I shouldn't have. No explanation just an apology at the end when I complained about this. Would I instruct them again? No...

They were candid, very responsive, proactive and efficient at securing the sale of my property at a price I was happy with.

FacebookShocking service, communication and feedback! Was promised the dream by Duckworths, turned into a nightmare! Too many issues to list here… but fundamentally they breached my contract with them. Took my sale to another local estate agent and they sold my house within 24 hours! Just shows what a decent show can offer!
