Wow, What can I say. I’ve known about Duckworths 2 years ago when I was enquiring about my first buy to lets in Burnley. From the get go, everyone from the office has been amazing. Leanne, Caitlin, and Harry. I want to say a VERY special thank you to Caitlin who has been incredibly helpful from day one. From the initial viewing, Caitlin was professional and she was helpful showing me around the house. We instantly connected and she knew the mindset I had and kept me connected throughout until the sale was completed. Even after the sales, she reassured me and referred me to Discover property management who have been just as helpful. I’ve now promised that I will only deal with Duckworths going forward, who only been very easy throughout what is an often stressful process to deal with. My next property will from Duckworths and so on. Once again Caitlin, I can’t thank you enough personally. You’ve helped me get onto the property ladder and I still haven’t forgotten to bring some chocolates down when I’m next in the area. Thank you wholeheartedly 🙏🏽. Caitlin is a credit to the team and deserves the recognition for the service she provides.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend Duckworths enough! After being with 2 estate agents who did nothing with my property, just left it on the market. I had no interest at all. I put my property on with Duckworths and within 3 weeks I had a confirmed offer for asking price and was sold! I couldn’t recommend Leanne and her team anymore, they were consistent with their replies, always kept me in the loop, helped wherever they could, they’re lovely and never rude... Leanne especially was absolutely amazing with the whole process! Thank you so much to you all for the help and being patient with me even if I ring / text 500x a day❤️

I sold my house with duckworths, it wasn’t an easy ride, after falling through near completion duckworths were already on the ball and re sold it again within a week. I was very stressed throughout it all it was very traumatic ( maybe a bit dramatic ha but had a lot on at the time ) and Leanne Caitlen and Harry were absolutely fabulous they kept me calm and re assured me throughout. I have dealt with other estate agents before and since then and nothing has compared to the level of professionalism and help they offered. They kept me positive and were so helpful I wouldn’t have carried on if it wasn’t for them being so great! I recommend duckworths to everyone I speak to and will continue to do so. Leanne & Harry were just outstanding from the moment I called them all the way through to completion. They guided me through each step with sage advice and without question. Terrible company. They list properties inaccurately or that they're not taking viewings for. I enquired about a property in Great Harwood at the end of May and was told they weren't taking viewings for it as it was under offer. There was nothing on their website to this effect. Two months later, the same property is still on showing as available with no chain. Again, nothing to say it's under offer, or sold subject to contract, so I submitted another request on 30 July to view it on 2 August. Duckworths did not even have the courtesy to respond this time. This is not an isolated incident either. I enquired about a property in Darwen in April and apparently this was being sold privately by the owner. Why was it listed it on their website then? I also enquired about another one in Rishton, but was asked was I aware that there was a sitting tenant in it? Of course I wasn't, as they had neglected to mention this important piece of information in the listing. Three enquiries at different times with different offices, but all with issues not disclosed on their website.

Where do I start with how good this experience was for me? Il start on the main thing that took it from a dream to a reality and that’s Leanne. She is an absolute pot of gold at the end of a rainbow! After the first phone call of enthusiasm to the endless emails updating me and chasing stuff up for me it has really been a magical experience for me. Iv purchased my first buy to let through Duckworths and it won’t be my last. Just bought a house in Briercliffe from Duckworths. Leanne who’s is the branch manager was absolutely amazing!! We didn’t sell through Duckworths but in Hindsight I wish we did! Leanne showed us round the property a few times before we agreed the purchase price and even though we weren’t her Clients she gave us her personal phone number and kept updating us and chasing things up on our side of things regarding our buyer which should have been done by our estate agent who we were selling with. Leanne went above and Beyond even ringing us up on weekends to update us with things. We had a nightmare with selling our house and if we ever get over the ordeal of it all and decide to sell again in the future I know who I’ll be going to 100%. I cannot thank the team at Duckworths enough. Leanne has worked tirelessly to market our property and secure viewings and kept us up to date with everything along the way. Ours was not an easy property to sell but we were inundated with viewings and managed to secure a sale. As with many people, we had the sale fall through but Leanne was straight back on it and worked closely with the owner of the property we wanted to ensure this could go still go ahead.
