Leanne was especially helpful when we hit a snag with the conveyancing on our purchase. She quickly took control, escalated the issue and unblocked the process.

FacebookAmazing experience from start to finish whilst selling my apartment through Duckworths Estate Agents, Darwen. From the initial visit with Debi, to arranging viewings and discussing the progress of my sale, everyone I had cause to deal with was polite, professional and went above and beyond. Thank you to Debi for arranging the incredible photographs and drone images. They were outstanding! Thank you also to Christine and Rebecca who kept me updated throughout. FacebookThank you to the Accrington branch for the quick sale of my mother in law property, even though there was a few hiccups. Had so many different agents through out contacting us. As this was our first time selling a property we were not sure if this is what happens. Was kept informed through out the sale until near completion then we heard nothing from them. I was informed by our conveyancer that the sale was completed on the date it did complete and could I drop the keys the day before at Duckworths. I did so and the gentleman was unaware of the completion date. I don't really know how it works but the sold sign finally went up 1 day before the completion date and only because I kept getting on to them. They did apologies for this error. Thank you so much for your service.

FacebookI can not praise & recommend this estate agent more, they made the sale of my house so easy and stress free, they kept me well informed, listened to me and helped ease any worries the whole way through, if I was transferred to another branch they they were more than happy to help and gave me the time needed. Special thank you to Chris & Michelle at the Accrington branch! Highly recommend and the cheapest quote I got too….thank you so much for everything! It was worth every penny!

GoogleCan’t recommend Duckworth’s enough. Leanne and Daniel have been amazing throughout the sale of our property. They helped to sell our house in less than a week. Daniel was so professional and knowledgable when he came to value the property, he was the reason we chose Duckworths! Leanne went above and beyond, her communication throughout the process was absolutely amazing! An excellent service and estate agents.

GoogleHaving dealt with other estate agents previously who had achieved no results we were dubious when instructing an agent on a recent property sale. Duckworths have been brilliant. Both James and Leanne were excellent at communication all the way through, very helpful, friendly and personable ( lacking with so many agents!) and, they got results! Would definitely recommend and would use them again. Confidence restored.

Shame i couldn't rate 0 stars. Don't bother booking. They book times with you, don't show and don't confirm bookings. Leave early and don't offer courtesy calls to check on progress. Moreover - they outright lie. Avoid at all costs. There's plenty more houses out there, and sellers will eventually learn to avoid them.
