The whole purchase process started four months ago, and I only received the keys yesterday. Throughout this time, Leanne and Harry worked hard to push the sale forward and were keen to complete the transaction as quickly as possible, …

Leanne and the team have been absolutely fantastic with the service delivery and professionalism they have shown throughout the process of selling our home. If you want to sell your home then do not look any further than Duckworths ! 5 star doesn’t seem enough for the hard work they put in to the process

Leanne has been more than helpful, above and beyond her job. The buyers solicitors took four months to complete a two person chain if it were not for Leanne I'm not sure it would have happened at all.

I would recommend Duckworths Estate Agents in particular James Fiddian for his professionalism, knowledge and honest conversation. I have encountered a few EA’s who knew nothing about a property which can be really frustrating when you’re spending a lot of money for a sort time to look around. This hasn’t been the case with James. Thank you so much. 😀

I have recently sold my property with Duckworths. Estate agent Leanne Taylor has been exceptional, professional, extremely knowledgeable , her enthusiasm for her work clearly shines through, without Leanne’s tenacity and determination I’m sure the sale of my property would not have gone through.

Rating: 10/10 My partner and I recently viewed a house that wasn’t quite to our liking, but Jason, our estate agent, went above and beyond to make our experience positive. Sensing our hesitation, he recommended a newly listed property that he thought would be perfect for us. He wasn't wrong! We fell in love with it immediately.Jason supported us in every way, making what can be a daunting process for first-time buyers incredibly easy and straightforward. Thanks to his professionalism and dedication, we secured our dream home. If we ever buy another property or decide to sell, we would personally request Jason's assistance. Highly recommended!

We were interested in a bungalow in Burnley in February of 2024 and reached out to the agent which was duckworths who arranged an initial viewing keeping communications timely and enough detail. As time moved on we were able to make an offer and that having been accepted we moved to solicitors and the full purchase process. At all times the estate agents keep us focused and on track culminating in the completion and purchase of our new home. Even after the moving day Jason checked in and was keen to know how we were settling in. All in all a good experience only tested by the world wide Outage of chaps which was out of our control. The property is fantastic all that remain is to unpack fully and settle in.

Nicki and Leanne did a fantastic job dealing with the sale of our property. They were both very approachable but professional, throughout. Our property was marketed at the right price point, with some great property photos and my wife and I are pleased to have completed the sale within about three months of it going on the market. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Duckworths Estate Agents. Thanks again to Leanne and Nicki at the Burnley Branch.

I've used this estate agent twice recently and have not been disappointed. The Manager is amazing as he is very helpful and makes as much time needed to discuss anything with you. He gives his best, as do all the team. I definitely recommend.
