I have rented other properties in the past but not dealt with such a professional organisation such as Frost or letting agent Wendy Taylor . From the moment I called to ask about viewing the property I was made to feel so welcome . Wendy worked around my availability and was very open and honest when I viewed the 3 apartments I was interested in . I have found in the past that letting agents don’t really value your opinion or care about your needs - they just seem to want to rent out the property regardless ! This was not the case with Wendy . She answered the questions about my concerns right away and what she needed to find out that she couldn’t answer at the time was dealt with very quickly and answered the next day . This is definitely the kind of service you would expect from such a professional organisation. I moved in around 2 weeks ago and with it being a new build had many questions and concerns - Wendy ensured to answer every e-mail within the hour and got fixed what needed doing promptly. As a customer / tenant I have been made to feel valued and not just a transaction . I feel comfortable to ask questions and really feel cared for by the Frost partnership and this is solely down to Wendy Taylor . Many thanks Wendy ... much appreciated .

I was lucky enough to recently have the pleasure of dealing with Wendy Turner at the Frost Partnership. From the very first viewing of the property, right though until the day I got the keys, Wendy was both attentive and accommodating. In fact she was able to push on the standard processes so that I was able to move in on the date I'd requested, which was only around a week later from advising that I wished to proceed with the rental. She expertly ironed out a couple of bumps in the road along the way and I am entirely pleased and grateful for the service received. Many thanks, Wendy!

The team at The Frost Partnership Burnham Buckinghamshire, helped me with the sale of my parents’ house recently. Mark Jones and his team provided an outstanding service, they made the process easy, guiding us all the way and gave confidence not only to myself but to my elderly parents. The team at Burnham were always helpful, polite and have a such a lovely manner about them all. During this time I have been dealing with Mark and his team. A special professional relationship has built and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone thinking about not only selling their property, also if they are looking to purchase a new home. My overall view of Frost Partnership is excellent and could not have wished for a better service. Mark Jones, Andy Wendy and Gill have all played a very big part of this new stage in my parents life and I can only thank them all once again for the help and warm wishes for the future.

TrustpilotNo response to emails - out of business?
I can only assume they are out of business. No response after several emails to various aliases including their director of lettings directly. They registered my tenants deposit despite the fact I only wanted them to find the tenant - I complained about this at the time. Now, at the end of the tenancy, they are not responding to a request for information on how to return it. I was going to sell the property through them but if they aren't in business anymore then I'll need to look elsewhere.

Their proactive and positive attitude had viewings in place 24 hours after sales had fallen through and their calm and empathetic support ensured we retained our hair during a nail biting few months. The Frost Partnership seem to understand that selling and buying a home is not just a transactional process but an emotional one. We were very pleased to have had them in our corner. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mark and his team to anyone.

We used Frost Partnership in Burnham for both the selling of our property and buying of the new one. We found them to be very professional at all times, very good at following up when they said they would, prompt with timings and feedback and gave good advice and recommendations. We personally dealt with Andy who found a committed seller for us pretty quickly and also the right next property to suit our needs. He was engaged, professional and friendly throughout the process and overall we were very satisfied with the service, recommended.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Wendy who handled my tenancy, nothing was too much trouble and as time was tight for me, she managed to get me into the property in under a week, Thank you Wendy! The Frost partnership use a Vetting agency called Keysafe, as I required a Guarantor, It did make the process a little more difficult. However, it is positive that they try to protect both Tenant and Landlord before the agreement is made. Thanks again Wendy, everything is great!!!!

Wendy is very experienced and knowledgeable, experienced and most of all honest. When arranging a letting other agents would promise the earth but then none of it would actually be reflected in the service. Wendy tells you straight, what can and can't be done, what is permissible within the rules and what isn't. Personally I prefer this approach because no point feeling disappointed afterwards. The other good thing is she gets to know each of her customers personally and what is important to them.

Quality fast efficient personal service Mark and all his team were nothing short of fantastic we had long delays with our purchase through another agent who didn't seem to care where is Mark and his team constantly kept us up-to-date chased chased and chased ultimately getting the end result are home self and us in our new home. we also had issues with our buyer eventually we made a decision together to look for a new buyer Mark did this in record-breaking time We would highly recommend Forest in Burnham and this is the second time I have used them as originally purchased my home through them in 2012 .

FacebookThe Frost branch in Burnham were excellent in all aspects when they sold our house. They were very professional and their communication skills were first class at all times. All my calls and Emails were answered on the same day and they gave a very personal service. I would recommend them to anymore looking to sell their house in the Burnham/Taplow area, as they are not a poor telesales office, unlike most of the other estate agents who we sadly had to deal with. Thoroughly professional from beginning to end.. Worked incredibly hard to ensure we had a continuous stream of people through the door, and actually ending up with three / four offers, two of which were full price offers. Giving their experience and advice as to which offer to accept, as being the most promising, with a stable chain and security. An absolute pleasure working with such a decent, helpful trustworthy and knowledgeable group of people, right the way from the admin support to the manager. Everyone was up to speed on all aspects of our house sale, and finding out any questions we asked within a very short space of time. nothing was too much trouble. When we sold, they offered and gave, as much help as we required with finding our new home.. They went the preverbal 'extra mile', helping us sort out any problems with our house buy in Lincolnshire, when the agent in Lincolnshire was messing around and being a general idiot, almost losing us our lovely house. We cannot praise them high enough and can honestly recommend them, (Frosts and their staff),.to anyone that wants a professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful and pleasant team of people to sell their house for them!
