I have rescently purchased a property through CJ Hole and i can not recommend them enough. Tom in particular has been fantastic all the way through and was prompt with all responses. Even when we was faced with a few challenges from the other side Tom was incredibly helpful and supportive and kept things moving. Every interaction with CJ Hole has been pleasant and quick responses from everyone even with arranging extra viewings of the property at short notice. I will definitely be selling the property with CJ Hole when the time comes and i have highly recommended them to everyone and so much so my parents are now selling their property with them. Great agents.

Words cannot express my gratitude to the whole team at CJ Hole, they really 'held my hand' all the way through the sale of my house. From the moment I met Edward Creswick I was very impressed and reassured with his professionalism, market knowledge, transparency and honesty. I had no doubt that my house would sell without any problems. Previously I had commissioned another estate agent and not only was I badly let down by their letting department but was told that I had to reduce the asking price by £50,000!! and/or consider selling it at an auction. So when CJ Hole sold my house at the asking price within four months I was elated to say the least!! A massive thank you to the whole team: Helen, Tom, Matthew and of course Edward, they totally excelled and even post sale they have continued to be extremely helpful. I am recommending them without reservations to my friends and family. So 5 stars?!! it's not enough to deservedly rate them, I will give them the entire Galaxy!!! CJ Hole in Burnham negotiated the sale of my elderly Mother’s flat. I gather she chose them initially because of their good local reputation. She was particularly impressed when, following her query about the selling prices of similar properties in the area, Edward turned up with a print-out giving her the information she sought. She said how lovely it was that someone had listened to her and been so efficient in providing answers. Importantly, not only did they listen but they found a purchaser before the sales particulars had even been released! My own experience in dealing with CJ Hole on my Mother’s behalf reflects her comments. I have dealt mostly with Tom who has been invariably professional, polite and friendly and importantly (for me at least) has genuinely listened to my concerns and done his best to mitigate them. Especially noteworthy (again in my opinion) is the fact that when he promises to chase up or telephone with updates, he does just that! In summary - polite, efficient, effective and professional service. Excellent communication skills. Helpful, friendly staff. Flat sold. Happy customer!

From day one he has bent over backwards to help us as well as ensuring we are involved and understood each step of the process. We would 100% recommend Tom and the service that he provides and because we've had such an easy ride of buying, we will certainly be back to use his services again some day if needed. Before I started the process of moving house, Purple Bricks would have been the obvious choice for me but I thought I would give CJ hole a go as they were selling the house I wanted to buy. Not great, communication was poor and at the start didn't do as promised but we were buying through them so had no choice. Never met anyone there until the day I came to collect the keys! We almost requested someone else handle the transaction but thankfully my agent went on holiday and his cover was brilliant - thanks Matt! Despite poor service we did get the sale completed in 8 weeks from initial offer which is one thing.

CJ Hole probably the best estate agent I've bought from.

I recently took completion of a bungalow that CJ Hole were marketing. From the initial viewing with Tom, which was very well presented, CJ Hole have been very good throughout the whole process. Always pleasant to deal with, keeping me updated with communications from the vendor and their solicitor. Also they are very knowledgeable and helped calm any nerves we had. If I were to sell my property, which I doubt, as I love it, I'd would use CJ Hole as my first choice go-to estate agent.
