Approached C J Hole after being recommended by someone helping with clearing the house of my late Father. From the start Edward and Tom gave me the confidence that they were at the top of their game. Throughout the sale process they have kept me totally informed and nothing was too much effort. The idea of using a drone to film the house to emphasise the location was truly inspired and no doubt helped with the early viewings and prompt sale. As a demonstration of how well they know the area and their business the house sold for over £20,000 more than the highest price initially recommended by another local Estate Agents. I approached CJ Hole towards the end of the lockdown with regards to having my house valued once restrictions allowed. Edward contacted me the same day to advise what could and couldn’t be done due to circumstances we were in at the time. Out of all the estate agents in Burnham only two responded to my valuation request via their websites and the second took a week to respond. When restrictions eased Edward contacted me as promised and an appointment was made for him to view my property. I found Edward To be experienced, very knowledgeable and informative. Recently rented a property from CJ Hole in the new build area of Highbridge. Requested a viewing at 3am on the Sunday morning *nightshift worker. And was greeted with an email at 9:02am on the Monday morning by the delightful Maddie, who was able to accommodate a viewing around my night shift pattern. She has been nothing but courteous and professional throughout our encounters, even replying to emails and queries outside of her working hours again to accommodate me and my shift.
