CJ Hole Burnham-on-Sea is a well-established family business, providing specialist estate agency services to the local community for over three decades. We have a wide range of properties for sale in Burnham, Highbridge and the surrounding villages of Berrow, Brean, Brent Knoll, East Brent, East & West Huntspill, Lympsham, Pawlett, Puriton, Walrow and Woolavington. Operating from our High Street office, Director Edward Creswick is a well-known and highly-respected local figure who began his estate agency career the late 1980's. Edward has been associated with the CJ Hole brand since 1991 and the franchise owner since 2012. Edward works alongside his Son Will, and a team of local staff, boasting extensive experience in the residential property industry as well as exceptional knowledge of the local areas. Our main areas of business are residential sales, along with land and new homes. We are also able to refer financial services and conveyancing.

GoogleThe whole team at CJ Hole were excellent throughout the sale of my mother's house, following her death. An acceptable offer was received very quickly after viewings commenced, and then Sommer kept me informed regularly on the status of the sale. Very highly recommended.

GoogleWe cannot recommend the team at C J Hole Burnham-on-sea enough, our purchase was delayed by solicitors but Natalie was very helpful and intervened on several occasions to help, communication was absolutely spot on and a pleasure to deal with the staff there overall. Thank you guys!

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of the TEAM at CJHole...I'm just exchanging on the third property in a little over 12 months. Tom and Matt have been responsive, proactive and totally professional in every regard. From brilliant pictures, to quickly produced sales particulars, and more importantly, stress free sales. GoogleMy husband and I would like to thank the whole team for their impeccable service throughout our sale and purchase, especially Tom. From the moment we viewed our new home, he was such a great help and managed to get our previous property up on the market and sold within the first weekend. He was a great support for us during the process, and was happy to answer any and every question I had- and there were many! He ensured everything went as smoothly as possible, dealt with any issues fast and effectively and we couldn't be happier. It meant a lot, Tom, that you went out of your way to email us on your day off to wish us well with the move, so thank you for everything. We would also like to express our gratitude to Elaine who happily let me and my mum sit and wait in the office with her on the day of completion for the keys as we were near the end of our chain and were waiting on solicitors. And a huge thanks to the whole team for the kindly thought out hamper which came in handy once we were in! We had never dealt with an estate agents before, and CJ Hole have fully exceeded our expectations. We are extremely impressed by every ounce of service, and we would never consider using anyone else in the future. I have already, and will continue to recommend you to whoever possible.
