GoogleAfter the flat my step son was buying from another estate agent fell through as the vendor withdrew the property, berrymans found him the perfect flat, they kept us informed throughout the process taking away a lot of the stress involved in buying your first home. They did all the chasing of the solicitors and ensured we were informed of the progress. I would like to recommend the estate agent matt who I can not praise enough. GoogleI recently purchased my property through Berrymans and they have handled a previous sale also. I highly recommend them. The whole buying process from initial inquiry including viewings, negotiation and through to completion was handled impeccably. The team were always friendly and professional. Communication was excellent and they were more than happy to provide advice and knowledge along the way. I would definitely go through them again for any property type needs. Many thanks to them all. Nigel.

GoogleGreat Service - Always friendly - Why did we buy our house? Because Bev is so friendly helpful and enthusiastic, (and we liked the house). We asked for Bev to show us around different houses - she is brilliant and the whole family liked her. Felt like we already had a friend locally before we moved in. GoogleBerrymans have been absolutely fantastic. Matt, Jack and Louise have all been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had very specific needs as have a large family and they all gave genuine and honest advice. They responded to enquiries very quickly and even worked out of hours at times to get us answers to questions we had. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and positive throughout the entire process which took a while due to solicitors! Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you so much guys, you have been fantastic.

GoogleI recently sold and purchased a property through Berrymans and would highly recommend them. Graham was truely genuine and extremely helpful, finding us the perfect property (before it even went on the market) The communication was great making the stressful process of selling and buying a property much easier. They made a great recommendation for a solicitor (Barringtons) who I would also use again. Huge thank you to Graham and the Berrymans team.

It was a pleasure to be able to assist you in your purchase and am glad to hear the service you received from us made the process easier for you and that it was carried out with the ‘personal touch’, which is particularly rewarding to hear as this is how we always endeavour to treat all our clients. GoogleWe had a fantastic service from Gary Berrymans Burnham on sea team and couldn't of asked for better. Not only did they get our first home on the market quickly and efficiently using great photos to best show off our home, they also helped us find our dream home, which had everything we wanted and more. They arranged later viewings that fitted around us and we really feel they went out of their way for us through out the whole selling and buying process. I think most importantly, for us the one thing that really made using Berrymans so amazing was that at any point throughout the time, selling and buying, they were at the end of the phone to take calls and answer any questions we had. (And we had many) no matter what time of day. They made sure they kept us in the loop through out the whole process and we can't thank them enough for all their help support! Thank you to the whole team at Berrymans for helping us find our forever family home , you made the whole process as stress free as it can be and really helped us. We will always be greatful for all you've done 🏡.

Hi Emma and Sean Thank you for taking the trouble to post a wonderful review at what must be a very busy time for you settling into your new home with your family! It is always lovely to hear that the service we provided you was beyond your expectations and that the efforts we always go too are appreciated and made the whole process an easier one for you. On a personal note, it was a pleasure to help the next generation of your family having sold property for your parents. Thank you again and enjoy! Graham

GoogleA huge thank you to all of the Berrymans team for their professionalism, support and warmth when dealing with the sale of my deceased aunt and uncle's bungalow. It was a very stressful time, particularly as I live a long way away, made much easier with their help, from Graeme initially providing me with a valuation report for probate purposes to Matt managing the viewings. Throughout the process they provided regular updates on viewings arranged and gave me good feedback following the viewings. They can provide excellent local market knowledge acquired by many years' experience and I can highly recommend using their service if you are either looking to sell or buy a property in the Burnham area.

Thank you so much for your lovely review Sue. It was lovely to read that you found our service to be knowledgeable, professional and helpful and it was particularly nice to hear that we dealt with matters with ‘warmth’! We of course always aim to deal with matters with complete professionalism, but its nice to know that we have been ‘human’ too, which to us is a very important part of our role and is something that is all too often missed by some in our profession!!! Thank you again for using our company and I am genuinely so pleased to know we were able to help at a time that was obviously very difficult for you and your family
