GoogleVery friendly staff, honest photography and easy to get in contact with them. However the real star is Matt Jakeman, sales progression manager he worked tirelessly to sort out some complex issues and most definitely was the reason our sale and purchase got back on track. I will be forever grateful :)

GoogleHighly recommend. We have just purchased a flat in Burnham on Sea through Berryman’s. The whole experience was made simple and comfortable by Matt. Unusually for an estate agent he was very honest with us from the very start. Thank you Berryman’s, thank you Matt.

GoogleDespite there being a number of problems with the sale of our property and purchase of our new home, we always received excellent service and communication from the whole team at Berryman's. They always kept us updated and a friendly ear to bend when required. Thank you Team Berryman's

GoogleSecond time I have viewed a property with Berrymans. The estate agents are ill prepared seem to have no idea about the property they are selling. Never follow up the viewing with questions they can't answer at the time , which on both occasions have been numerous. Worse than that ,they don't seem to want to sell the property and do their best to put you off...pointing out the bad points .....strange for estate agents and very surprised they stay in business....!!!

Dear Mr Mcgee Thank you for taking the trouble to write a review, I am obviously disappointed at your comments but would stress when you are viewing leasehold flats, that all leases will of course be different and when you have a queries relating to that lease etc, we will need often need to refer to the lease itself or to our vendor for clarification, to enable us to answer your questions accurately. I appreciate this can be frustrating but hope you understand the reasoning behind it. With thanks, Graham Hutchinson

GoogleVery good service from Berrymans when selling our house. They gave sensible advice, which helped us sell quickly for a price we were happy with. The whole team were very pleasant and happy to answer many very basic questions from someone who had not sold a property for many years.

GoogleFrom the word go we found everyone at Berrymans to be very professional, friendly and supportive throughout the process of our sale and purchase. They kept us up to date with proceedings and were always very willing to help and advise us with any queries or worries we had. We appreciated, very much, the hard work and chasing that they put in towards the end of our purchase when matters were held up by other parties. We would fully recommend Berrymans to anyone who needs an Estate agent.

GoogleOutstanding service from start to finish. Matt Jakeman was brilliant, going above and beyond in his efforts to resolve issues and obstructions from a particular firm of solicitors (not mine) in the final few days before completion. Without him completion would not have been achieved on the due date. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe lovely lady who showed us around the property was extremely professional and helpful. Matt was very much on the ball and extremely helpful. Jack on the other hand I found rude and he really didn’t seem interested in his job.

GoogleI had 4 viewings with Beverley last week. She was knowledgeable about the properties, able to answer all my questions and was able to give me lots of details about the local area. Would 100% recommend Berrymans if you are looking to move or invest in Burnham.

GoogleOur family has been renting through Berryman's since 2012 and the service they provides to us has always been spot on. Penny has been exceptional in ensuring the welfare of the tenants. Few weeks ago we decided to look for our first home and we were so delighted to find it through this company. Beth was very accommodating, helpful and pleasant on every queries we have had on the three properties we viewed that day. And when we put an offer on the bungalow we fell in love with Matt was such a great help! I cannot put into words how much we appreciated the professionalism and yet very friendly approach on the whole buying process. Thumbs up to the amazing Berryman's team, and once again thank you very much for helping us realising our dream!!!

GoogleWe had an initial valuation for probate for my late parents home and felt very comfortable with the interactions and service provided so much so asked them to market the property when the time came to sell the house. The house sale has gone through without delay and we have been kept informed at every stage. We have felt that all our communications have been dealt with in a timely and efficient manner irrespective who was spoken to and by what method. No hesitation in recommending Gary Berryman’s estate agents

GoogleWe bought a property through Berryman's. Quality of service and added value provided by Matt and team was unsurpassed. They were proactive, helping removing barriers and slow conveyancers. Communication was spot on keeping us abreast of every situation. Frankly, we could not ask for anymore, this is a quality customer-centric estate agent, which is rare these days

GoogleYour house sale couldn't be in better hands! Having had my house on the market a couple of times with other agents who were unsuccessful, the personable service received from all at Berrymans could not be faulted! I knew when I first met Graham that I wanted him and his team to sell my house! Matt was fantastic, keeping me informed on a daily basis of progress and when all seemed a little "challenging," against all odds, Berrymans helped make it all happen from a financial perspective, exceeding my expectations! Thank you!
