We found a property that we wanted to buy in Burnham, in July 2023. It took a lot of work from Matt at Berrymans to get this sale over the line by the end of the year (due to a fairly complex setup with leases and the freehold etc). Matt was always keeping us up to date and always on hand with any queries we might have. He also did a great job of pushing all parties, without which this sale would have probably fallen apart. I've bought a few properties in my time and most Estate Agents seem to lose interest once a buyer has been found, so I'm very happy to recommend Berryman's - whether you're a buyer or a seller!

Right from the very start, the moment we made the phone call to book a viewing Matt has been exceptionally helpful. During the whole process of buying our home Matt has been updating us the whole time, keeping us informed and getting back to us quickly when we had our own enquiries. Me and my partner recently bought our first home through Berrymans. The service we received from start to finish was excellent. Jack did our viewing and was super helpful answering all our questions! What a fantastic team at Burnham on Sea. We wanted to pursue our dream of relocating to the coast and did a few speculative trips to see if we could find our dream home. Jack and Bev took us to a few properties we selected which didn't quite do it for us. Jack told us to meet him at the office he had a property he thought would be perfect but slightly above our budget. He arranged a viewing with Bev that afternoon and he was absolutely right, it felt like home as soon as we walked in. Did our sums and had our offer accepted. Then Louise took over and was our guide through everything up to completion. What made it all the more special was Jack gave us our keys and remembered saying he knew we would love this house. Well Louise and Bev many thanks for everything you did and Jack thank you for your foresight into matching us with our dream property. We both look forward to seeing you all around the town.

Extremely helpful and very good at updating us with developments! The sale took 18 months to come to completion, as it was a bespoke property for people needing added support via a telephone emergency call out and a daily general manager who checks twice a day on all residents. So not an ordinary bungalow sale at all. Every staff member at Berrymans did their best for us and we were delighted at the final sale ( the 4th!).

I was a tenant of a property which is now just about to go on the market with Berrymans. I was awaiting an urgent document which was sent to this address but as I no longer had the keys, I was unable to collect it. Louise of Berrymans went above and beyond, going to the property, last thing on a Friday evening to see if the document was sitting on the welcome mat.
