We have used Leaders at Burgess Hill for over 20 years to let a number of properties we own and have always found the service they provide excellent. They find tenants quickly and the whole team is professional and will go the extra mile. Adam or Alex are always available at the end of the phone and have back up from their head office whenever needed. Thankyou Josh Baldock for a very professional visit to do an evaluation of our house, that we are putting up for sale. Josh came well-prepared with a lot of information that was relevant and current, to help us understand the current market for properties like ours. Leaders in Burgess Hill nearly always have someone available to answer calls and to do viewings. This is not the case with all agents and so I'm very pleased with Leaders' service. As a landlord, I thought the transfer of funds to me was a bit slow, but the most important thing was they let the property quickly and for that reason I give them 5 stars

Lauren had just moved down from the Haywards Heath office, and has been helping us on a tenant change over in Burgess Hill. The previous tenant had left many defects in the property such as smoke damage and trunking screwed to the walls. Lauren was very realistic and fair in recognising how costs should be shared between us and the tenant, and she quickly arranged for the contractor to come in and fix the problems, splitting the bill in the very short period when the property was vacant. What was really nice was she made a minor mistake and was frank and honest about this so there was no confusion and the problem was resolved quickly. She was prompt, polite and efficient throughout. So whilst we weren't pleased with the quality of the previous tenant, we were very pleased with how Lauren enabled Leaders to get everything sorted out without any remaining tensions between us and the tenant.

I have now been in a rented property managed by the Leaders team in Burgess Hill for 4 years and throughout this time have found all the staff to be extremely helpful and always happy to deal with any query promptly and efficiently. They really care about their customers. Most recently I have had a problem with a garden fence which blew down in the strong winds. There was potentially an issue with the neighbour who disputed responsibility for its replacement. Having reported the matter to the Leaders office it was tactfully sorted out by Sarah, who organised for a new fence to be erected very promptly - the work was satisfactorily completed within a few days. Many thanks to all concerned.

Leaders are an excellent agency for managing the letting of your property. We met with Adam on Monday 20th September, signed the paperwork on the Tuesday the 21st, a tenant was found on Wednesday the 22nd and they moved in 8 days later. I don't think you can ask for a more efficient service than that. They are very through and do everything they can to help you present the property to the tenants in the best way. Me and my partner are renting a property through leaders. We initially went into the Burgess hill branch, and met with the lettings manager Gail Scannell who was very welcoming and friendly. She seemed informative very personable and really took our requirements and worries into account always reassuring us and explaining everything thoroughly which helped enormously, especially as we are first time renters.Gail up until now has been very efficient and made us feel at ease getting back to us almost immediately in regards to any concerns or questions we may have had and the service me and my partner have received from Leaders Gail especially has been phenomenal. Bring on the move in date we cannot wait!
