GoogleAdam from Leaders has been most communicative, efficient and easy to work with letting out my cottage in Hurstpierpoint. He has handled everything professionally and in good time. Updated to add: unfortunately since Adam moved roles, I’ve had a succession of less positive experiences with Leaders. I believe the issue is that there are too many people/ offices and no particular individual responsible for each property. I have had terse, unhelpful telephone calls with the local branch, a lack of support at the end of tenancy, property management failings regarding gas and electrical certificates and spam style approaches for feedback presumably from head office clearly unaware that it’s been a poor experience. It became necessary to escalate to branch management to get routine letting issues attended to. I personally would not use Leaders again.

GoogleIt is impossible to share how bad of an experience it has been, being a tenant under Leaders of Burgess Hill. It has been a very stressful and difficult time, especially the checking out process. We moved out in July and received our money from our deposit in September, of which they took money from despite us repairing damage left by the previous tenants. The communication was poor and they left us feeling like we were bad tenants - even though we put in a huge effort to leave our rental in better condition than it was than when we moved in. The only reason for the one star is because following a complaint we received an apology, admitting they could have done things better. I sincerely hope that as a company they learn to treat the tenant with the same respect as the Landlords in the future.

GoogleWe had an issue with our boiler and sat without any hot water, which is a nightmare with two small children. Georgia Wicks was so great at getting someone to us really fast to sort out the issue. Really appreciate the speed and care that was taken to resolve this issue.

Google5 star experience with the Burgess Hill branch. It took me a long time to find a property that was suitable for my young daughter and I after being let down by numerous estate agents making it difficult for me to find a property as a single parent. I explained everything to Hallie and she was beyond helpful, I couldn’t thank her and Alex enough for all the effort and advice they gave me to help me get a home. After a nearly year long search for a home for myself and my daughter we finally moved in last week and I am extremely grateful for everything they done for me. They were both amazing at keeping me up to date with every step of the way until the day I moved in. Thank you both. 100% recommend!

GoogleI have recently switched management companies and am absolutely delighted with the service I've received thus far. I have been dealing with Tommy parffrey. Who right from the outset has been exceptional. He outlined all costs and liabilities at the outset. The tennant finding process was seamless and in the first few months of the occupation Tommy had been on the ball with everything. After having a diabolical experience with the previous company, I now feel like I'm in safe hands with leaders, thanks predominantly to Tommy. I would highly recommend using them and I will be going to them for any further letting I need.
