I recently have transferred my rental property to Leaders and the existing tenants vacated shortly after. Tommy Parffrey handled the complete process of preparing the house for re-letting very professionally and efficiently. Chris McDonald on repairs and maintenance is excellent too, very quick and knowledge.. Hallie Tucker who relet our property while it was still occupied (no easy feat) has been attentive throughout the changeover process both for new tenants and us. Adam Hill, Alex Hodge and Thomas Hills have been very professional in letting six flats in a recently completed conversion of a Victorian house in Hurstpierpoint. They were able to show the flats to prospective tenants using virtual technology during the November 2020 lockdown, and when the restrictions were lifted accompanied prospective tenants to the flats whilst maintaining the correct Coronavirus distancing protocols. Referencing of tenants was completed rapidly so that the flats were let quickly and minimized any void periods. Sarah Gregg has been managing the flats on our behalf and is excellent.
