GoogleAbsolutely the worst estate agent that I have ever had to deal with.
They hid from me their extra fees until days before I moved in, so I was coerced into paying them. Those fees are for things like annual tenancy renewal, a check out fee, and even monthly window cleaning.
Find a better, more honest estate agent that informs you of all of their fees upfront and allows monthly rolling contracts without annual renewal fees, that does not charge ridiculous check out fees, etc.
Do not trust a word they say.

GoogleBest Letting Team I have dealt with! I have just become a tenant of a property let though Leaders. Alex and Gail are absolutely brilliant. They resolved any issues immediately and were very accommodating of our last minute wish to view the property. I always got a reply to queries promptly and they are both friendly and professional. To be fair the only issues that came up were as a result of the central unit that deals with all the paper work (their procedures could really do with a revamp! Stick to letting the people who know the properties and local area deal with it) Suffice to say, there was never any major issues because the team got onto it straight away. Should I ever be in a position to let a property I wouldn't hesitate to use Leaders!

GoogleI am taking time just to acknowledge the professional, and attentive service provided by Alex in dealing with our rental agreement and issues arising from our residency. Alex very swiftly has dealt with issues of snagging points when we first moved in and positively and speedily dealt with issues we have had with a wasps nest and drainage. I currently have a short term agreement but will be looking to go through her again when deciding on my next move. I would recommend friends to go to Leaders and Alex for any housing requirements.

GoogleI thought the staff in the branch were really helpful and professional. they always provided a friendly response and made the process really smooth.
However the referencing agency they use appears to be staffed by teenagers who did not have a clue, they made lots of mistakes and were hopeless at contacting my references or providing me with clear information. Even to the point of contacting me to ask for references (again) 3 weeks after I had moved in!
