GoogleWe had issues with our hot water at a property that Leaders Burgess Hill looks after. Although there was not much they could do given I dealt directly with the Landlord, Alex Hodge, one of the lettings negotiators was happy to give advice and check-in to make sure things were being sorted.Thanks for looking out for us. GoogleMy boyfriend and I are currently renting a property through Leaders which we adore. Being someone who has never rented before I have been so lucky with having leaders every step of the way, making it so easy for us. Lauren Jee in particular was an absolute star - answering loads of questions I had promptly and efficiently and just really putting my mind at ease throughout the whole process. We have been in our house for a few months now and Leaders continue to help and assist us with anything we need. I honestly cannot recommend a better letting agency to go with - they are by far the best! My other half has a lot more experience of renting through other letting agencies and he too agrees they are the best in the market. Thank you for your help and finding us the perfect home.

Lauren Jee in particular was extremely helpful, always ready to handle any concerns we had and was just over all extremely nice and made the stressful process of renting and moving a lot smoother. It always felt we had a real connection with the people at Leaders. I definitely recommend Leaders, our process was swift and left a long lasting incredible impression on us.
