GoogleEven though we eventually found our rented property with another company, I still feel compelled to write about my experience with Leaders. From the very beginning of our search for a property, Alex from Leaders was attentive, interested and helpful, unlike other letting agencies which took our details but were never heard from again. Alex stayed in contact with us and gave us updates in a polite and professional manner. If and when we need a letting agency in the future, rest assured, Leaders will be our first port of call. Leaders are leaders indeed!

GoogleProspective tenants - heed this warning! Leaders operate mainly for their own interests and those of the owner. They will do their utmost to relieve you of the majority of your deposit, and expect you to leave the property in identical or better condition compared to when you first took it on. They visit every three months so they can update their files and keep as much ammunition as possible, in case they come up against someone brave enough to stand up to them on departure; it is much harder for you to prove what was right than it is for them to claim what was wrong. I have rented from four companies prior to Leaders. None of them was so miserly or had such unrealistic expectations. Still want to rent a property from Leaders? Please exhaust all other avenues first, unless you have more money than sense.

GoogleWe were impressed by Leaders quick response to our email enquiry from their web property listings. This coupled with the warm but professional handling of our requirements assured us that we were in capable hands. Although their genuine desire to assist us with what proved to be rather a difficult brief went unfulfilled (private rental was secured via family) we would happily recommend Leaders to any would be renters or Landlords seeking property management services.
