Wonderful service from Danielle Sprenger We have been receiving service from Frost partnership for the last 7 years. However since Danielle joined the company our view has completely changed positively, we received very nice & friendly service from Danielle Sprenger She is always hard working, helpful, professional and practical . Before she joined the company, we were mislead by the property management team, who were slow and never taken care of the issues ( even Black mailing that could use anytime the management keys when trying the book time for repair visits etc) but since Danielle has joined the company she has always approved the issues with care and respect the family. We are really grateful for her efforts and positivity throughout what has been a stressful time for us particularly when we decided to vacate the property. I'm also very pleased with the fast and polite communication with Danielle. The Frost partnership should keep her and needs to recognise for her for the hard work who made such a positive impact for the customers. Wonderful service all round from Danielle.

Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is awful. It took me way too long and a battle to get my deposit which I paid quickly to secure. Poor service from Frost and the landlord. Had I not chased for my money I would not have got it back. Absolutely shocking!

This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money is absolutely disgusting. For instance the landlords ask £1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than £1700per month

The Frost Partnership Estate Agents Staines-upon-Thames146-148 High St, Staines TW18 4AHEstate agentMichael TheNeverendingTBR1505 points 9 months agoLived in the Town Hall building in Staines-upon-Thames for a year. The flat was freezing cold in the winter, I've got kids so it was absolutely dreadful for them too. The windows are wooden so the heat just goes straight out. But more to the point, the central heating was ridiculous - they never heated up and were lukewarm to the touch. The ceiling leaked, the window sills inside leaked, water came through the wooden windows. It was just a horrible place to live. All throughout this years tenancy agreement we paid £1350 a month. When we announced we were leaving they hit us with bills. They took our deposit. Charged us for cleaning the apartment once we left. Charged us for painting the apartment once we left. Even charged us £45 for removing some Blu-tac marks on the wall, even though they charged us to paint the place. I've correspondence letters and emails and the PDF file of the bill they hit us with. I just wish I could do something about it. But I warn you, do not trust these rogues!!!!

Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?
